Comfortable stay with free breakfast. Breakfast was good. Also welcoming environment for dogs. Had some issues with a broken shower head and undraining tub, that could of been taken care of with more urgency, but other than that it was a pleasant experience.

La Quinta never disappoints. Nice rooms, pet friendly, real free breakfast. Excellent value, perfect location between downtown Dallas and the airport. Front desk help is excellent, professional. Recommended if staying in Dallas.

My wife and I stayed here overnight before putting her on a plane. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was nice. Somehow we got the handicap room. It was huge. The bed was comfortable. As we were right near the elevator, it was kind of noisy until around 9:30 p.m. the shower was nice, since it was set up for handicap, but there was absolutely no water pressure whatsoever. With a free airport shuttle, it was a worthy place to stay prior to going to the airport. Oh, be wary of the bistro. Our meal was decent, but the folks we sat next to had a terrible experience. So, I think it would probably be hit-or-miss.

Staff was kind, breakfast was hot, good coffee. Got the sleep I needed. It was quite so I was able to relax and get sleep.

Great friendly staff. Food from their grill takes a while to get like 45 minutes. Rooms are clean. The couches are stained and dirty which makes me kinda nervous. The pool is nice though.

Stayed at the La Quinta Dallas Love July 19-23. Overall a good experience with a couple of exceptions. First, I did find a few small black bugs crawling on top of my TV dresser. Brought this to the attention of the cleaning staff who addressed the issue on first day. Did not see anything after. Second, since you are near a major road, John Carpenter Highway, there is a lot of traffic noise and you do hear it. So if you are looking for a very quiet surrounding this is probably not for you. In addition noticed this hotel accepts dogs so you do hear occasional barking here and there. Breakfast is good with a number of both hot and cold options. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Nice stay while in Dallas but would probably try something else a little more quiet and without pets the next trip!

Excellent price for all you receive here. Very clean. Rooms spacious. Rooms are updated. Awesome full hot complimentary breakfast. Nice pool area and Spa jacuzzi. They also have a fitness room that has free weights and pull-down machine, as well as cardio. They also offer a washer and dryer for guest laundry. And it's free there. I would recommend this hotel to anybody!

It was fine but nothing fancy. Walls are a bit thin and we could hear people walking in room above us quite a lot, but didn't really bother us. Room was clean and beds were comfy, and AC unit was cold and ran very quiet. Microwave in room was nice to have. Service was good and friendly. We skipped breakfast but it looked like a decent spread with eggs, fruit, muffins, waffles, etc. Over all not bad!

We stay here every year when we come to Cooper clinic for our annual physicals. Because it is on the same physical property as the clinic, they accommodate late check-out to match what is going on with your medical reviews. It has been completely renovated in the past couple of years and now is a very nice large room with very professional and polite staff. I can highly recommend this hotel whether you are here for the clinic or not.

Love the Lumen. I stayed there more than ten times in the last three years. I look forward to visiting Dallas. The hotel is chic, and friendly. the staff is very eager to please and help. The restaurant, the Front Room has an excellent menu and wines. In the morning fresh delicious coffee and the NY Times. At five o'clock there is wine tasting. The Lumen is home away from home.
