Do not come to this place. The room had no hot water. I talked John at the lobby. He is extremely rude. He did not apologized. He refused to communicate because I booked through Priceline. When Priceline representative called, he also acted against that person. I did not pay money to be treated as if I committed a crime

Rude obnoxious manager! Forced us to leave without option of booking more days AFTER we spent a month there and over $2000 because he didn't like my challenged God-son. Plus room was so nasty we had to clean whole suite and repair 3 drawers before moving in. Changed rooms 4 times to get that good of one.
However, all female and one late night male staff members at the front desk were AMAZING!

Good location with an okay hotel. Shuttle was not timely and the seat belt wasn't working in the front. They use hotel staff to drive the shuttle wit no one specific designated. Desk clerk was attentive as well as the shuttle driver was friendly. Waiting for the shuttle was 24 minutes25 if you count me taking 10 seconds to answer the phone when the driver called me and when I called. Good parking rates and decent for departure from the airport, but the shuttle is not convenient.

Excellent hotel for the price. I paid like 85-90 per night to stay here.

It was very clean, fast wifi, pots and pans and mugs etc. were stocked in the kitchen. The lights are dimmable. They have a workout room, and they serve bacon for breakfast.

This is the best value for money of almost any hotel I've been to.

    Huge apartment size hotel.
Great for families and extended stay. Has a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans. Bedroom size walk in closet! Affordable price and friendly staff. Free hot breakfast but not much variety from day to day. Overall can't beat it for the price. Will be back when in the area. Oh and this is the small suite, can't imagine the two story!!

The hotel is in a great location. When we booked the hotel we even got a complimentary upgrade. We are in a loft suite it is a very nice room it is spacious it's like living in a town home. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I stayed here with my partner for the holiday weekend and we liked it so much we even booked an extra night. It is also a nice perk they have a complimentary breakfast in the mornings and they have hot and cold items for breakfast.

Great service. Hot breakfast is usually scrambled eggs, but you can make waffles. Facilities show high wear and age, but everything is very clean. Pool is a bit smaller than usual. Workout room has a universal, two nice treadmills, cycle and stepper. Great family vacation choice when you need to cook most of your meals.

If I could give negative stars I would, where do I start on all the ridiculous things that have happened?
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. We found this place through Groupon. It's in a questionable side of town.
First, the room was dirty. The first thing I noticed was all the gnats and flies that wouldn't leave us alone. We found sitting water in the dishwasher so who knows how long it had been there. We had to do a rinse cycle and that took care of the fly problem. The filters in the vents probably haven't been changed in forever! The A/C took a long time each night to blow cold air. There was mildew all over the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. Our first night we took off our socks and shoes and noticed our feet practically turned black after walking around for less than 30 minutes. I will say, the bed was clean or at least looked clean (I can only hope). Our third day in Dallas, my boyfriend checked his account and saw the hotel charged us two separate charges. Neither of these were the deposit, which is 50 dollars by the way and what we weren't told was that we could've paid in cash and received that money sooner, we checked out over a week ago and still haven't gotten our deposit back. So back to the two separate charges: it ended up being over 70 dollars total that they took from us. It was Friday and they admitted it was a mistake on their end BUT since it was the weekend, we would not see that money til the week after. This was money we saved for our trip. The manager was useless and we had to deal with the bank for over an hour to get this taken care of. Everything was fixed, problem solved right? No. The next day they did it AGAIN except these next two charges were over 60 EACH. They took over 120 from us. We basically had to do a repeat of the night before and another person said they've had this happen to them and the manager hasn't helped them either. The manager tried to lie to us and tell us this was the first time an issue like this has happened. My boyfriend called him out on his lie and he froze. Needless to say, we will not be returning here and we definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Really was amazed at how every single receptionist really went out of their way to make my experience really great. Special thanks for Nicole for making my stay more comfortable. Lots of space, lots of privacy. Great value for price.

For $109 a night per room for 2 of the upgraded suites I was disappointed.

    Pros
It was very spacious with a kitchen with dishwasher, living area, bathroom, and queen bed on the first level and another bathroom and a queen bed on the second level of the suit. Basically an apartment.
Our rooms had access to each other though an upstairs patio. Very nice layout which I was excited for. Came with room service. The staff was very friendly.

    Cons
After a long trip and checking in late we got there and
We had to pay $100 deposit per room.
Our room keys were switched which was a good laugh after we figured it out.
It's a little outdated. Not the biggest problem.
But the first room we checked was DIRTY. They hadn't cleaned it at all. There was a small bug on the bed along with small hairs and stains. Chips on the floor even the couch was dirty. When we checked out the second room it wasn't as bad but the same dirty beds with what I'm hoping was pet hair. It smelled weird like cat. When we went to the front office the staff apologized and got us a change of bedding for the second room. But since their housekeeping wasn't there we had to change our own bedding. The mattress was really badly tattered. The staff gave us another room instead of the first room which was smaller but I was just glad it was clean. We still had to kill a roach though.

If it was clean it would have been amazing.

This hotel is perfect when having any medical procedures done for your physical at Cooper's. It is convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. The cafe is quick and easy. Great workout facility. It would also be good for business conference meetings.

It was cozy and spacious compared to extended stay America. The staff was very friendly at Hawthorne Suite. Billy was a blessing. I called him at 1am to see if he had a room to accommodate my husband, my 2 kids and mother-in-law and myself. He was very kind and welcoming. He said he would hold the room for us even though i had not paid. He set us up in a penthouse suit and gave us a discount because of the hospital I asked for directions from had one in their system. The breakfast was awesome too! My only complaint was that the AC was not working properly and it was a little warmer in the room than I liked.
