Perfect location where it was right on the beach. I LOVE THE BEACH. There was however a lot of extra costs that weren't included in the cost for the night like the mandatory valet parking that cost almost 30 a night.

Unbelievable. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. We are staying with 4 persons and when we went to the beach we had to pay for 2 embrella's as they are not covered in the beach service and for 2 beach chairs in total 64 usd. It does not make sense at all when you book with 4 persons. The receptionist told us that you have to read the terms and conditions and with any room booked even when you are with 4 persons, only 2 beach chairs are included!! So dont go to the beach, stay at the pool as they let you pay a lot of money if you go to the beach with 4 persons.

I have been in different hotels in sunny isles but never had this kind of issues. You can compare it with book a 2 bedroom unit and find 1 bed for one person in each room!! The beach service is scam.

It looks like wonderful property from their website. The overnight staff was especially helpful and courteous when I called. I had a question about a future stay and the overnight guy seemed especially competent concerning what the total cost would be.

Not much to get excited about here. The room could use some maintenance on the very loud air conditioner. The room service was not very good. 2 of 4 days asked room service to come back, they never did.

Best part are the views, pretty good from every room in our group. The personnel around the resort was always willing to help and were very accommodating.

Beautiful spacious rooms. Staff was very accommodating and polite. Even when we encountered them in the elevator, they said hi and had convo with us.

This is an older hotel however very clean. We had a 2 bedroom suite which had a few problems initially but they quickly called maintenance to fix them. The View restaurant had good food. The best hot wings. Staff was very friendly.

We booked a family suite 2 br 2 bath and sofa bed. It was big enough for 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Kitchen and small laundry right outside our room were a big plus. Pool area is good but not big enough during high demand season. Outside Hotel appearance its not attractive but lobby is nice. Loved the balcony view; we had 2 chairs and small table outside living room and 2 chairs w small table right outside my room. Overall it's a great hotel for big families. I will not recommend anyone to go during September bc of the hurricane season. We had to leave early because of the hurricane.

Great place as usual. Leaving it after 3rd year 3 weeks vacation. Be noted the hotel is loaded high. Very popular place for families with children. Waiting for one more year to pass to visit this place again. Due to high load late checkout may be not available, so buy 1 more extra day beforehand if you need comfortable late checkout with 100% probability. That is not a problem, just one more mark of how popular this place is.

Rooms not as represented on photo when booked. The toilet was clogged. The phone didn't work. The best part was the hotel was on the beach

Not sure if this was room-specific or what (1503-2), but there was no cold water. Even the toilet tank was hot to the touch. This was compounded by no ice machines on the floors; once we burned through the two bottles of water in the room that they charged us for drinking, we had to go to the lobby bar to get ice & water. Other than that, staff was friendly, views & location were nice. HH comped breakfast, but we had to eat early to get where we were going, and none of the hot food was out. They sent multiple "we'll make it right" emails during the stay, so perhaps they're used to people complaining about the water--who doesn't have cold water?

I was extremely dissapointed in this Hilton property. It's very outdated , mold in the bathrooms, constant muggy feeling in the room, and excessive bugs in the hot tub. The only thing nice about this hotel is the staff and the balcony. For the amount of money you pay, I highly recommend another property in the area. I stayed here on a family and friends discount , thank goodness. If I paid regular price I would've asked for a refund the moment I stepped into my room. I had the 2 double bed oceanview room. Hilton please renovate this hotel, or lower your prices for this location.
