This hotel has all the rooms Without open Windows So there is no fresh air coming in from outside' The air conditioning units just recycle same air over and over. The room We had was Very stale you could feel the lack of oxygen Plus the cleaning person used some Chemicals that were so strong it gave me a head ache I couldn't sleep all night

The Hotel is not in a very good location. The rooms are fair to good. The room had a leaking shower head the dripped all night. The Service was great.

Nice hotel in a great location. Free shuttle to and from airport as well as anywhere within a mile radius. Very nice staff, delicious breakfast. Water is questionable to drink, but letting ice melt from the machine works well.

It was a good experience staying there. People are friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Safety is guaranteed. The only issue is that the walls are thin and you can easily hear people in neighbor rooms.

Check-in was easy, was not made aware that it was $20 a day for parking, so beware. Also, the luggage carts are terrible. However the staff was friendly, the room was perfect and comfortable.

I always read reviews on hotels before booking normally. I booked this one before looking, but I enjoyed our visit. 1 day stop heading for a cruise. Nice staff, valet parking they charge $20 a night.

This hotel is unbeivable! My parents have been on a cruise ship avoiding hurricane Irma and were delayed from their port by 4 days, they get to the port in Ft Lauderdale today and arrive to this hotel for the night since their flight is delayed until tomorrow. Now I completely understand that the hotel would have issues with basic needs like electricity, that is out of their control but it's how the staff handled things which is horrific. This morning we call to make sure my parents have a place to stay for the night. We are in California and yes the hotel was open but they did not help make us feel at all at ease that our parents would have a safe stay here. My parents get there and my dad who has a bad back is forced to carry their luggage by himself up 5 flights of stairs! Than there is no power, no AC so we ask for a discount, simply because it's been a horrible ordeal already. No, the staff did not care that refused to offer any type of discount. Being that they are in a state of emergency you would think they would handle the situation better, shame on them!! I'm writing on every platform possible!!!

The hotel is pretty and room was cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Free breakfast wasn't impressive for this chains standard but it was free so its not worth complaining. I'm was surprised by the valet only parking which costs $20. It doesn't feel like an amenity as much as is does as paid parking.

Stayed for four nights and didn't have any issues. The room was nice, the TV channels varied and enough - didn't go to Florida to sit in a hotel room and watch TV anyway. The free breakfast in the mornings had pretty good options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean and modern although the the toilet had to be flushed multiple times. The location was conveniet - sorta central point to the west burbs or Miami. The only con was being forced to valet park but the valets were always friendly and very pleasant. Would definitely stay again if in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Absolutely recommend.

It's close to the airport. Breakfast was included. They allow food delivery from nearby restaurants. It's not really fancy but it's family friendly. The main entrance was on the side of building that serves as car garage entrance. It has secure parking for your car.

I had a great time at Hampton Inn. My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The breakfast was okay, the potatoes were a bit salty. I'm glad I stayed there.

The staff was great. Sly at the desk is an awesome guy. He's very helpful and caring. The lady that cleaned my room during my stay was awesome, I wish I got her name :(

The Hampton Inn was very nice, except when my husband and I was there, the pool was closed. Very small pool. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Valet Parking is a must. The valet was very nice, I believe his name was Andrew. But.I could only give this 4 stars because of the neighborhood. At night there was a homeless man sleeping in the doorway of the business across the street. BUT..we had pizza delivered to our room the first night. Which was not that great. But it was convenient.
