Nice hotel, friendly staff, gorgeous views right on the beach. The gym and spa are nothing special and there's no laundry facilities on-site. Overall though, we had a good experience and would book here again.

Awesome time! Sole on the Ocean has the best staff ever! very attentive and friendly, the drink prices were very reasonable, and the pool area/beach was very clean. Will definitely go back! Jose and Carlos are awesome!!!

Room service was slow but I'm sure they can fix that! Great and friendly staff. Rooms was clean, and was bigger then what I was expecting. They just need like a shower table or something to hold the shampoo and body wash. The glass stair case that lead to the second floor to the restaurant was beautiful! The restaurant staff was also helpful and friendly! The manager don't argue back, she just listens to you and fixes it.

Toilet kept on getting stuck and not flushing properly. Asked the hotel management to fix it on multiple occasions and to no avail. It kept getting stuck. Mandatory valet parking led to getting my rental car scratched and dented. They denied scratching the car, even though it was evident and refused to show video cam footage. Rental company tried to request valet service to pay for the damage, but "they independently reviewed the cam footage and gathered the employees' testimony" and have not admitted their fault. If you're renting a vehicle or driving your own, expect some scratches or possible dents. They drive like maniacs and don't care about your car's condition nor they would admit any wrongdoing. Avoid this hotel. Plenty of better ones in Miami

I love this hotel because i choose to stay close to the beach the part view is awesome.. and i love it.. also my friend came to visit me and they took a lot selfish i only have an issue with the cold and water because i took a shower at 2am, water was cool.. but i took shower in the afternoon and the water was hot.. so i find the solution.. i don't blame this small thing to at the hotel.. good staff and services they always have smile with me :) i give u 4 stars because the last one is for me xD

Thanks for everything.. i enjoy a lot to stay in your hotel if i will come back to miami i will choose this hotel again :D

The rooms was musty with lumps in the comforter. Also you could hear everything the people next door were saying and at one point they banged on our wall because I guess we were talking too loudnot to mention the loud howling sound from the front door and the fact that we had to wait nearly 10 minutes for an elevator (we were able to 10th floor). 9h and I forgot to mention that it was so hard to open the sliding door to the balconynever ever going there again

Love this hotel!!!! Our view and their service was amazing! We had a suite. No complaints.

Right off of the beach, with a perfect view of Atlantic ocean and the city of Sunny isles beach Florida! Has a outdoor pool in the back of the hotel with a full bar on deck. Also has a cozy yet beautiful restaurant (Fresh American Bistro) on the 4th floor. On the 5th floor, it has a gym, sauna and restrooms with showers.

Great place to stay when in south Florida!

Sole is an excellent beach front hotel. The staff and archives and great. I stayed in a suite which had a large amount of amenities. They are in the process of renovating. I look forward to coming back and seeing how much better it is then.

24 story hotel, no parking except for valet $25 /night, resort fee was also $25/night, great spot on the beach with 2 chaise lounges and umbrella provided, no large pool for adults, only one kitchen, elevators were slow most of the time, wait service at restaurant was slow. I booked 4 nights in August, 1st night smoke alarm went off at 3:00am so we changed rooms. Rooms were nice, great views, ceiling shower, full size refrigerator & mini bar, electric cook top, microwave, dishes and utensils.

Nice hotel with very convenient beach access, but their best amenity is their excellent service! Both Carlos' and Jose at the pool bar were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful, as was the valet team. It is definitely a beautiful hotel on a prime spot but above all else, the superb service is what keeps us coming back!

Good boutique hotel with a very friendly staff. One of the closest hotels to Haulover Beach (naturalist section!).We got in late and didn't feel like going back out so ate at the hotel's bistro which was pretty good. Our room was small but apparently they all are at this hotel. We had a good experience so would stay here again.

Went here for an acoustic concert. Stage was set up by the pool and overlooked the beach. It was beautiful, nice and intimate, my friends and I had a great time. The only downside was that the bar was cash only (which was not advertised anywhere around the pool/bar area) and when a friend of mine went upstairs to get cash from an ATM, he was stranded in the elevator due to his not having a room key for the hotel. Very confusing. Other than that, beautiful place and would definitely go back for a similar event.

Rooms can be a bit small bit very nice. Comfy clean beds, nice size bathroom. Great views from most rooms. On the beach, you only need walk out the door. Has a small pool and outdoor bar.
I've been here 5 times in the past month and I've never actually seen the bar open. No clue, weather is great and there are people around all the time.
All beach chairs/cushions are pulled at 5pm, pool cushions soon there after. Don't even think of chilling at the pool later than that.
This is not a full-service hotel. If you're looking to relax more outdoors, find somewhere else to stay
