Great place! Only downfall was the breakfast, which was fine, but not a very big selection. AMAZING SERVICE!
Room smelled musty- possibly mildew/mold. Bathroom was dirty. Breakfast was sparse and was taken down promptly at 9am which is awfully early for a Sunday. Attendant was nice but not helpful or hospitable. Would not stay here again.
Convenient location just off the highway. Nice and quiet so we slept well. Great staff.
Great place to stop in on short notice or even a planned stay. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent. The pool area was clean and the hotel room was clean. The king size bed has a firm mattress - just a heads up.
I had a great stay at this location. The rooms were clean and as large as expected for a Days Inn. All of the staff members were polite and helpful. The free breakfast had many options and was filling. I would definitely stay here again if I visit the area.
My stay at this location was very disappointing to say the least. We submitted claims to the staff about items being left in the room from prior occupants. In addition to the wet carpet smell, we had late night bug visitors!! Our issues fell on deaf ears. I will mention that they offered us a refund based on what was validated to the tune of $10.85. Companies like this should be more client focused versus the money aspect. They will definitely not receive my business in the future.
I booked this hotel last minute. I really wanted to stay in Savannah's historical district, but had no intention of paying the $330 a night price tag. This hotel was a GREAT alternative! For almost one-third the price, we found a super clean hotel with a good breakfast and great access to downtown. The staff were super helpful and had great suggestions for where to go, what to see and where to eat.
It was a 15-20 minute drive to downtown. We found a place to park and had a great time exploring for the day. We were able to spend our time (and money) doing the things that were important to us rather than spending it on a hotel room that we weren't going to be in. If we stop in Savannah again we will definitely stay here!
We stopped here on our way from NJ to Disney World. It was very convenient and clean. The hot breakfast was more than anticipated. Food was available from 6am-9am. They served eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, juice, and coffee. There was also a waffle maker. Everything was tasty and just as good as food you would get at any fast food restaurant but with the convenience of being on site. I would definitely stop here again.
Terrible customer service!! My husband got into a car accident and could not make the reservation. The front desk was not helpful at all and did not offer any other accommodations. I tried to speak to a manager but was told she will be available on Tuesday. I was still charged for the night. My son will be attending college in August so we will travel to the area frequently. I would not recommend this hotel to any one. My first and last experience with this hotel chain. In order for me to post this review it forced me to give it a star.
For the price this hotel was very nice, for the most part it suffered from it's surroundings. The smells outside were bad but not unbearable, given the inside of the hotel and rooms were very nice. I would stay here again and recommend it. It's a place to lay your head for cheap.
I am pleasantly surprised to give this hotel a good rating. This is my first time staying at a Days Inn. The front desk clerk was wonderful and my room was very spacious and clean. I usually stay at Hyatt Place but this hotel was a less expensive alternative.. and I'm picky! Will definitely stay here again when visiting Savannah.
It was good for the night. Convenient. The room was almost clean. Close to the highway. The red decoration pillows had white stains all over them. Phone was broken and was told it would be replaced but never showed up. Bathroom was clean.
