Our stay was marginally acceptable. Reception was Luke warm. Location was convenient for us. Firing up the heat on air conditioner immediately released a very foul smell that I can only describe as stale urine; the smell dissipated over time. The tub was rusting and the in an area larger than the size of a quarter. My girlfriend complained that the noise was excessive - we were on the second floor. I would stay there again as long as it remained inexpensive. My girlfriend stated that she would never stay there again.

Verrry comfy beds slept great. Great free breakfast. Only negatives were mildew on ceiling in bathroom, room door was very hard to open and the key cards kept deactivating. Staff were very kind!

Service was great and friendly. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Wall Outlets could use some work though, some were so wore out our phone chargers wouldn't even stay plugged into the wall. Only bad thing

Skipped Super 8 cause we wanted a nicer place. Our mistake. Last Baymont was nice. This one: Lobby run down and poorly kept, elevator easily accessible to non-guest, floors 1 & 2 exterior access, bathroom had multiple hairs on tub & towel had gunk & hair. If I hadn't driven 8 hrs with crying kids I would be talking to manager now. We will see what they say in morning.

Room was very very dirty. Very unsafe. Air conditioner plug was showing held together with electrical tape. Bathroom was horrible dirty, felt very unsafe. People were hanging around the parking lot like it was a party. Very very horrible stay. Go somewhere else do not stay here.

Location is fantastic. Right in the middle of other hotels and attractions. The rooms were modest and the rates were affordable. The facility could use a renovation. The staff was pleasant the beds are in good condition. The bathrooms are small and in need of a serious upgrade. Some of the doors stick and are difficult to open. Has a pool, offers Free WiFi and breakfast.

We were quite comfortable and happy here. I was pleased that the air conditioning was ALREADY ON in our room, so we didn't walk into a hot and muggy space.
We were a little disappointed in the floor cleanliness - we had to keep shoes on at all times. The bathroom floor was sticky (???) and the carpet felt gross. Probably just moisture, but still .. ick.
The beds weren't great, but they certainly weren't awful.
And the breakfast was ON POINT. So was the lady who was managing it. I wish I'd remembered to get her name. She was quite lovely.response / report this review -

The hotel was conveniently located between historic Savannah and Savannah, if touristy things and shopping are in your plans. Also close to St. Joseph's Candler hospital; Memorial University hospital is a little further away, but still an easy drive.
The room (king, non-smoking) was small but sufficient, with a small fridge, desk, closet area, office chair and guest chair, and iron/ironing board.
The bed was quite comfortable. Everything was clean. Good water pressure in the shower.
I can't comment on the general hotel amenities because we were there for a brief overnight stay visiting a patient in the hospital, so we didn't have a chance to fully explore everything the hotel has to offer.
The workers were very friendly and accommodating. Competitive rates.

Quiet and clean rooms. Rooms on the smaller side. Customer service is good at fulfilling needs, however I found communication difficult with the front desk. Good place for the price.

Location is fantastic. Right in the middle of other hotels. The rooms were modest and the rates were affordable. The facility could use a renovation. Although functional my door stocked, and the bathroom had large signs of wear. Also, the skills avid you to keep your room key away from your cell phone because apparently it will deactivate it. Half of the front desk staff was friendly.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Conveniently located to midtown. All basic necessities provided - ironing needs in room, coffee, ice bucket, great quality shower curtain and hair products. Carpet starting to show some love but overall good value. We didn't take advantage of included breakfast.

On very short notice, we were able to book a room with two queen beds for a reasonable price at a time when most hotels were completely full or charging up to $100 more per night than usual. Our third floor room was clean; it may have been remodeled recently. Would stay again.

Great place to stay in savannah if you have a tight budget. Typically rooms are between $60 and $75 depending on what kinda deals you can find. It's about a 15 minute drive from River st and has plenty of places close by to eat without having to break the bank on River street food prices. Front desk Staff is friendly and fast, beyond checkout I've never had to deal with them much. The rooms are clean, and the beds are firm (which is good in my opinion) overall a fantastic place to stay with free breakfast
