First day was great. Staff friendly and kind. Second night found two roaches in my room and upon informing the front desk staff her reply was "what do you want me to do about it?" She was rude and after we spoke i finally urged her to change rooms after she made every reason why roaches were present in the hotel. No apologies or willingness to help. Mixed emotions

Rooms or clean, staff was polite and welcoming. Hot breakfast in the morning, some of the bread was hard on our visit. Pool and hot tub were nice, but the exhaust fan was broke so it was very humid and hard to breathe. Pet friendly rooms available, we didn't have a problem. This hotel is of lightweight wood frame construction, so you hear everything above and around you.

Got one star because i had to choose one. Room smelled bad and wasn'tvery clean. The sprinkler appeared to have bed bug feces on it. Wished I would've noticed before we slept in there. Would lime to attach a pic but can't. Then they charged me $50 after we left. Said we ruined linens. Was my wife, 10 month old and myself. No ruined linens. Love Country Inn but this ruined it for me.

Sad excuse for country inn and suites. As a member we did not receive a gift bag and they did not have cookies out like the website says when we booked. Staff told us they were out. Poor management! Yet we pay full price and look forward to the benefits. Also when booking online there is a section for special requests I requested extra pillows, did not receive extra. Bathroom in pool area out of order, not good when you have children. Disappointment if you stay here! And to confirm another review, we got put in 107 and that room indeed has had bed bugs because the mattresses have covers. Awesome! Finding this out a 9pm with a sleeping infant! Never again will I stay here or country inn and suite! They should have to disclose that the room you are getting put in had bugs. I would run from this place!!!!!!!! Also FYI, WiFi is nearly unusable, works quarter of the time.

Hotel is nice and conveniently located right off of 295. The rooms are large, spacious, and clean. The shower was clean, with a hot water and great water pressure. The property is also pet friendly and only charges $20 per dog.

There is breakfast provided, including do-it-yourself waffles, cereal, eggs, bacon, biscuits, and gravy. The eggs were powdered, the bacon was microwavable, and the biscuits were average.

Overall, the hotel is a great value for what you get. A king room only ran $89!

Booked a room here during our mandatory evacuation on 9/9/17. I checked in around 3:00pm and the line was out the door! Only one person checking in rooms. I had 3 kids and 2 animals with me so I was a bit frazzled. Check in process was long and the computer kept saying that my room was not available (although the older lady said it was) she had to override it I guess. I walked into the room and it was a bit smelly. Immediately started checking the beds for bugs (bed bugs). and to my surprise I see one!!! The sheets were filthy with blood stains and black dots which I am assuming is the bug poop. I walk out to the lobby crying because I will not stay here. They also called the housekeeper in to check the room and she acted like I made it up because she didn't see a live bug. The signs were all there blood, poop in a dark corner of the bed bug covers they had on the box spring (looks like they don't clean very well) . I had no backup plan for our evacuation. Room 107 was the room and the hotel was booked but they offered me another room not sure how they had another room available when they were turning down people. I ended up driving to North Carolina that night with all my kids and animals. We will never consider this hotel and tell our family to stay somewhere else if they come to visit.

Check-in was a nightmare and the desk clerk want professional at all. Rooms were clean, but used a cleaner that made my son and I nauseous. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was varied enough that everyone found something they liked and enjoyed. The lady working the breakfast was just wonderful and so friendly. It's location was great for an overnight visit but I wouldn't stay for an extended period of time. Adequate would be my overall assessment.

The accommodations were adequate to good. Country Inn & Suites has been our go to accommodation for the past year or so and this location was consistent with the quality of the chain although I have stayed in more nicely appointed ones. The breakfast offerings were varied but somewhat more pedestrian than the breakfasts at other locations where I have stayed. Overall, traveling on the same itinerary I would choose this location for an overnight stay again.

The check-in was a little strained. Although it was a little early, around 5:30 p.m., there was a lot going on at the front desk--phone calls, inquires for local restaurants, a room assignment problem--overworking the lone young woman on duty. After a short while the manager came to help her.

Additionally, there was a minor check-in problem with my room. The online registration assigned me a pet-friendly room and since I was traveling without a pet they seemed anxious about finding another room for me. Although I told them 2 queens would be fine they invested some time locating another king.

The good news in the episode for me is that they both appeared stressed and eager to make everything right. Seems like a lot of places these days, and not just hotels, are staffed by indifferent employees.

Cozy and lots of space. Big tv and nice decoration. The bathroom is the only problem. Anywhere that is not directly visible, i.e. bottom of shower curtain, top sink drain hole, had mold. A lot.
