Pet freindly, clean, smells clean. Freindly staff. Not good for directions on how to enter facility

Staff very friendly, rooms clean and spacious. Check-in was fast. Location is convenient to downtown Savannah as well as Tybee Island. Better quality continental breakfast than I'm used to, with a few hot items available as well as fresh waffles. I would definitely stay here again.

DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! I would rate 0 stars if I could. We went to dinner and they called us saying our dogs were barking. Of course we came back immediately for them to tell us they called animal control on our dogs. They kicked us out and took our money because one customer who was staying 7 nights complained and said he would not stay there if we were there. We were only supposed to be staying 2 nights, so we got the boot. The manager then lied to us saying multiple people had left and she had to reimburse them, which we found out after she left was untrue, she just wanted to take our money even though we didn't even stay the night. Don't say you are pet friendly if you are not ! Call me if there is an issue, don't call animal control! My dogs did not make any mess, and did not cause any damage.

Stayed there for 2 nights after evacuating Florida for Hurrii Irma. The place was full with mostly other evacuees,yet the staff under their Manager Rita, continued to accomodate the customers with empathy, honesty, and most of all friendliness from initial phone call for reservations to check out!!! The housekeeping staff kept the facility clean and rooms well stocked. Kudos to this place

Stayed two nights. Very spacious rooms very nice front desk attendant who checked me in. The 1st star is for the room size, 2nd star is for the knowledgeable employee who checked me in. Manager was working front desk for my second night and she was very rude. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free. The ground floor hall reeked of cigarette smoke, someone was actively smoking cigarettes in their room. I alerted the Manager working front desk and she replied blankly "Ok" and then went back to her computer. Had to shove wet towel under door to keep smell out.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool was amazingly refreshing. Also very clean. The breakfast was tasty and included a nice assortment of food. The staff, once again, extremely friendly and accommodating.
Next time I'm in the area I will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommended!response / report this review -

They were the cheapest hotel around. The are the ONLY hotel we stayed at that were pet friendly but NEVER charged you a pet fee. The receptionist was very friendly, he had the night shift but he did a superb job; apparently his grandmother is the manager and she has done a great job with him to be the best of the best, he gave us a few laughs, and was an extremely hard worker. Breakfast was great and the dining area was super clean and had very nice chairs. The room we stayed in was very clean and well kept. A few negative marks that would help make this place even better are these recommendations. Have all toilets be the higher ones than the lower ones; it was really low and did not do wonders for my back. There were a few yellow paint marks everywhere in the hotel room; fixing that will help make it look nicer. The A/C was not directly where the beds were, it was more like from where you're legs were and going down; I was very sweaty and I get very nauseous when I don't have air blowing directly at me.

We had a great time staying here. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and our room was nice and it was clean. It's a little further out from town than we liked, but it wasn't bad. I would've given this rating 4 or 5 stars if the housekeeping staff hadn't been so rude and obnoxious this morning. We stayed for 4 days and were checking out today Checkout being at 11am. At around 9:30am the cleaning staff came to the third floor and attempted to clean our room, even with a privacy sign still on the door. When I opened the door, they told me we needed to checkout. I asked if checkout was at 11am, and he tried telling me it was at 10am. I told him we'd be out by 11am, and closed the door. He and a female housekeeper then stayed in the hall outside of our room being extremely loud and totally obnoxious until we rushed to get out of there at 10:30am. We weren't even into the elevator, which was directly across from our room, before they were entering the room we had just walked out of. We left our room very clean, all of the towels under the sink, trash in trash cans, etc. And we didn't ask for housekeeping during our entire stay. I don't appreciated being rushed to checkout early, on our last morning in town, from a room that we paid for. It wasn't like the hotel was at capacity, or we left a giant mess that would take hours to clean. It's unprofessional and rude. We would stay again if the issue with the housekeeping staff was rectified, and also if the pool area was in better condition next time.

When they say they're pet friendly, they really mean it. They are surprisingly hassle free when it comes to bringing your dog. Other than that though, not much appeal to this place. Breakfast is set out at 6 until 9 and it's first come first serve until it's gone so if you come for breakfast at 8 you're out of luck. The rooms are ok for a night, but I wouldn't stay any longer. Easy location right off the interstate.

Room had roaches crawling around. Found an Advil PM pill on the floor (we had a 2 year old), also found a rail road spike behind bed skirt, and permanent marker. Clean under the beds at the top near wall, a lot of garbage back there. Shower walls had green silly string all over. Best part of the stay was the fact that the door locked to keep intruders out. Housekeeping needs to step their game up, and the head housekeeper needs to step their game up. Also, clean your AC filters, they're dusty and moldy.

Bought a room here online. I check in and go check out the room and the ceiling in the bathroom is covered in black mold which was spread all about by an attempt to rub it with a sponge? No one could stay in that room. I tell them and they move me to an upgraded room with a spa tub which I really didn't care about but I stayed in it as it wasn't as bad. The rooms are dated, the view out the window was a bunch of old mattresses stacked up outside, and the stairwell was packed with used old AC condensers. Never tried the breakfast or anything else. The stay was okay in the end but why would you even try sticking me in that room??

Only girl that would accept large breed dogs. Rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast was lacking. Overall, good experience.

Check in easy. Room adequate for over night stop. Traveling with pet is limiting on where you can stay. Comfortable and quiet. Floors need cleaning attention . Get rid of mops that swish dirty water around-GROSS! Carpets need to be vacuumed. Breakfast selection was non existent. Cracker Barrel and McDonald's next door. Will not return even for the price
