Horrible Rooms smelled bad shower had no curtains then this morning I go out to get breakfast because their idea of breakfast is cold cereal with sour milk only to return to front desk calling putting me out because they claim they smelled smoke. Nobody ever came and checked out room out to see if I was in fact the person smoking they just kicked me out and stole my money. I asked the guy at the front desk why they was doing this to me he told me I looked like I smoke. Just because I am black with a white girlfriend. These people are very rude and racist. I do not recommend this hotel for anybody. Oh yeah they advertise a pool. there is none

The hotel was in the process of being remodeled when we were there. The new parts looked nice and the older parts were well used but clean.

I was extremely satisfied with our stay. The room was super clean and I had no worries of critters crawling on me in the middle of the night, and that is always my main concern from prior experiences. Will definitely stay there again! 200.00 for two nights, but worth more!

The rooms are good for what they bare priced for.The room was nice and clean especially the bathroom. However the guy at the front desk in the morning was extremely rude and indignant. He has no right to talk to somebody like that and the worst part is he hung up right in my face.who ever work the morning shift desk September 13, 2017 should be reprimanded..

The room was updated and very clean. Air conditioner worked very well. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but it was free so not really a complaint, just an observation. Check-in was a breeze. Indoor pool was very nice, and very clean. We only stayed one night, but I would definitely go back there again.

Initial entry and first floor is super clean, fresh smelling and new looking. But they put us on the 3rd floor It is musty smelling. The curtain sheers are shredded. The bathroom sink only has cold water. The tub drain had to be propped open as it was broken.
There are no outlets for digital devices. One on the far wall. Nothing near the bed.response / report this review -

This was one of the absolute worst places I have ever stayed at. There were three receptionist that we spoke with, only two of them were decent. The third was absolutely so rude. The window in our room had a huge crack that they had tried to cover up, which the Third receptionist tried to say was our fault so at one in the morning he came to our room to"check". The curtains had a large tear in them. The ceiling tiles were discolored in the bathroom. The soap shelf in the shower was taped on with two pieces of blue painters tape. There were no towels in our room at all, so we had to go and request them, only to find that all the towels were dirty and we would have to find a maid and get them ourselves. The vanity in the bathroom was all sorts of scratched up. As was the frame for the photo in the bedroom. Our bed was extremely creaky just by sitting on it. There was no outlet on my side of the room. The smoke detector was sitting on the vanity in the living room. The door to our room had no seal. You could see the outlines where things used to be but they never painted over. The hotel failed to mention they were under a remodel but yet still charged us the same. They had a sheet over the door to the workout room. There were dents and stains and paint marks all over every single thing. Everything looked like it was covered in dust. The hotel was actually almost a half hour or more to Savannah proper even though they advertised 15 minutes or less. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I recommend never staying here.

I gave 4 out of 5 because this place is currently under construction and the customer service is great! I think once the construction is complete it will be a "5". While we were out exploring we returned to a very nice and clean room to discover something had dripped onto our bed from the ceiling. Apparently, there is construction going on above us. We called the front desk and under two minutes someone was at our room to check things out. They decided that we should be moved to another room. They allowed us to look at another room and ensure it was to our liking. Tyrone was awesome. He took care of us immediately. We would definitely stay here again and hope the next time we are in the area the remodeling will be complete!

Remodeling work currently. No fitness center. Hot tub is closed oh and being woken up at 8 by construction is a great way to spend vacation

Very nice hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was the most accommodating staff of nearly any hotel or business I've ever been to and very friendly. The building is being renovated in some areas but did not disturb me during my stay. Did I mention how nice the staff was?

Rooms were clean and spacious. First room was hot, Tyrone at the front desk was so kind when getting me a new room. He was very helpful and professionals best part of a hotel/motel are it's staff. Eat hot breakfast early if you don't want hard biscuits lol. But the sausage gravy was really good. Clean and equally as important, affordable. About 20 minutes to historical Savannah. Rush hour will slow that down considerably
