Clean rooms great atmosphere friendly staff I've been here several times always a great stay I'm going to stay again in January.

7:30 pm they gave us a room that wasn't clean. Sheets on the floor etc. we wanted our money back to leave and they kept insisting they couldn't credit our card until I said I would call my bank and pulled out my phone.

A little outdated but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Not ideal if you are looking to enjoy the night life in San Antonio but a perfect spot to for those looking for a cheap and simple place to spend the night on a tight budget.

Right off the highway, which was a plus. The rooms were big and nice. The only thing bad was the traffic over night was loud. Great stay, and prices were just right!!

Avg room with bed, table and chair, a couch, another table, bedside table and tv. AC works good. Had clean towel and bedsheet.
Breakfast ain't anything fancy. But then again for he price can't complain too much.
Went back in the following week and I didn't have a reservation. The lady at the desk was helpful and helped me out with a room right then and there which was nice!response / report this review -

Horrible place to stay. Found two confirmed bed bugs in our room. Brought one to the front desk and the FD clerk confirmed another wi checking the rooms drawer. All Management could do was to offer me a restaurant gift card for $25 (insult)! We now have spend the cost of washing everything we had there not to mention the time and energy cost on "my" washer and dryer use. I tried to meet half way for at least half the cost of my stay and was told she couldn't give me the credit because we book through Expedia (Are you kidding me)! So to help others that may be put through this pain, I offer this warning before you commit to the location.

I liked the room and the people at the front desk were very nice. There were a few questionable people hanging out in the back near our room but we stayed away from them. Be careful not to take anything because they will charge your card. Pricea on bathroom door.

It was a little tucked away place, but the rooms were very nice. The staff was easy to get along with and got us our room key quickly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and showers were large. Fresh clean towels and linen provided.

I would have gave 0 stars but I had to select a star in order to rate. I never even rate people but damn this is bull ishh. after a nights stay where wall fixtures fell off the wall including a big wood framed mirror, the walls so thin it sounded like the neighbors were showing in my unit. Children laughing and screaming all day and night which personally is a sound I love however it kept me awake and woke me earlier then I would have liked. We paid for the extended check out at 11:30 to be told the next morning that they meant 11am. The real icing on the cake that forced me to post this is the fact that the front desk check in attendant at the lobby told us we HAD TO WAIT OUT FRONT because she is cleaning the lobby at 12 NOON. So here we are sitting out front of the facility with all of our luggage.. we were forced stay here last minute due to late night travel and availability in the area.I URGE YOU DO NOT STAY HERE!

The best in the area. Quiet, Clean, Comfortable and good price! Have stayed here before & will keep coming back. Staff is wonderful, good parking, very safe, close to restaurants and attractions. Pool just renovated. Very nice! Contrary to what some have said there are NO bed bugs. Those reviews are from disgruntled guests who will pick apart anything. Rooms are spacious and clean smelling. There is an option for smoking & non-smoking rooms which I found refreshing. I took a smoking room and you'd never know it by the fresh air quality. Maid service is remarkable! Good quality for a good price!
