The hotel is well located very near central park. Service was fine, price was cheap, it was clean and comfy. Includes free small breakfast and luggage deposit (unsafe). The only issue was a terrible Wi-Fi network, and not being able to get signal for data on the phone.

Good location but for this price you can go to Hilton.
This is what we did after one night in this hotel.
We got there at night and the room was very dirty we had ants in the window and near the A/C.
The room was very old and also very small.
At night we had ants in the bad and we decided that we are not going to stay at this hotel for the week (we booked 7 nights)
In the morning we went to the reception and told them everything and they didn't wanted to cancel the rest of the week,
But after a long fight they did.

So do yourself a favor invest a bit more money and enjoy your stay

Nice small hotel, the room was comfortable, the location is a plus and I would recommend this place if you want to be in downtown NY for a reasonable price . Nice stay

The price was great for NYC. For a 2 bed I was charged $150. The only complaint was the noise from outside the hotel, but that's not anything they can control. I was by satisfied with my stay.

Location is only a 5 minute walk to central park. Restaurant below is great. Thought it was out a bar but family owned Italian restaurant and it's great. Staff at hotel is friendly.

I'd give it 3.5 stars. The location is incredible but the rooms are tiny, loud, and somewhat dated. Still a good value for NYC!

I had a great time at the bar of da Vinci hotel. Drinks prices were a bit on the high side, since it is an upscale hotel in Manhattan. However, the drinks were also very good and would recommend trying.

LOVED this great, tiny hotel! Charming lobby and even more delightful staff welcomed us out of a cold winter night to a fireplace-warmed old fashioned front office. The rooms are small but immaculately clean with up-to-date and very comfortable furnishings. A very good Italian restaurant is accessible by staircase from the hotel. We had a wonderful meal and good wine. Great price, great experience. Can't wait to return!

It's a room. Tub was disgusting, the room was hot and no matter what I did couldn't get the room cooler. Bed was harder than a rock. There are better ways to spend 200 dollars.

Great location for the price. Rooms are decent. This is a budget hotel, so it can be a good experience if you're going with that in mind. Didn't have any issues with service. Some of the things within the room are dated. And I wasn't able to get the TV working, though that really doesn't matter for me. I stayed one night.
