The room was really nice. The bed pillows were too soft & squishy though. & I was glad for the free breakfast but the eggs I would not recommend eatting. The best thing I liked was the waffles.

This hotel was amazing! We arrived late and went downstairs for a little snack. Aaron helped us out and was awesome. He prepared some pesto dipping sauce, sliders, and a variety of other things. It was delicious. Hotel was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast area is a bit small an hard to get through when crowded but the items offered were great!

For the money we spent it was horrible! My husband has over 30 flea bites! We woke up around midnight to discover our room was infested with FLEAS! We paid for a king bed and had to switch to a double queen room. I have tried several times to contact the manager. She has yet to return my call!

Great place to have a professional training event. I love stayed two nights. The rooms were big enough to share, and the water was hot enough to shave. Would happily recommend for a comfortable stay.👍

Close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. There could have been more variety at breakfast. Bfast area is very small compared to the number guests staying there during our visit. Many vacationing families. We decided to have breakfast elsewhere. Hotel itself is smaller as compared to other HH. Very friendly staff.

The location was close to the airport and in a favorable location overall, with a BBQ and seafood restaurant within walking distance. The lobby was nice and inviting. The pool area was nice and clean, gym area exceeded expectations. The rooms were passably nice, slightly less polished than I would have expected however. Service was nice. The only major complaint I have is regarding the breakfast. The literature claims you can make a breakfast bowl "different each day" and shows breakfast bowls with fried potatoes, bacon, peppers, salsa, all sorts of fixings. However, there was literally eggs and breakfast sausages available and none of the other goodies shown in the ads.

Me & my friend really liked this hotel.We felt very comfortable and the receptionists were very friendly.We also liked the diversity of breakfast items and everyday the breakfast is different.I'd love to stay here again.

The hotel itself was great. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very helpful. However, the breakfast provided was a complete disaster. Food was substandard for a Hyatt. The fruit was not fresh. For the price paid, I will definitely not stay again in this place. Save your money and go somewhere else.
