There was no towles and condemnation that supposed to be in the room floors filthy stuff falling apart and 5 mins of being in the room one of the maintenance or housekeeping just walked in with out knocking or anything coffee maker no coffee or stuff that goes with it varry dissatisfied and they usually vary nice but im not happy with my stay

I loved. They are so friendly and polite. I arrived late night from Florida and walked into a beautiful and clean room. My goodness the location was perfect. My room was in the corner overlooking the pool with an amazing view of San Antonio. I extended my stay by 3 days "just because " service was so assume! I will always stay at this location regardless of having a new place in San Antonio. Thank you Red Roof Fort Sam.

The room was fairly clean but the tub was stained and had leftover hair and no towels. The sheets were clean but the bed spread and blanket were wet. I choose to believe they just didn't get completely dry from the laundry. The young lady behind the counter was nice and checked me in early. She even suggested a place to get my Thanksgiving meal. The price after tax was $74 which is not bad for Thanksgiving since I was worried I would no event find a room. I had to take a star away because they advertise free breakfast when in fact they don't offer breakfast.

The hotel itself is okay however the room we were in the occupants that it was rented to was not myself but however I don't know if they work there or not but they took it into their own hands to remove every lamp fixture and anything that wasn't bolted down I think they had permission they must have worked there but nevertheless they sure did have a nice TV

Arrived late the other night, and was greeted by a pool of vomit by the nightstand. Lady at the front desk apologized and said there were no other rooms available at the rate I paid. However, she was more than happy to give me a cheaper room at the higher rate I paid. How about that for customer service? I got a refund and left. Be warned, the area is kind of rough and the photos online must have been taken years ago. It's cheap and pets stay free. Those are the only positives.

False advertisement all year around they have a sign to bait you in for 48$ then when you get in the office it's 30$ bucks higher is not what Is advertised room smell like smoke n the wifi doesn't work the further you get from the office don't come here!!!!!! Waist of money they treat everybody like criminals house keeping is decent at best weekly rates on sgin say 214$ then when you go in the office it's 260$ a week no matter how long you stay the price doesn't budge there here to take your money period not accommodate you

Very friendly staff. Hotel is pretty quiet and although a little dated it's a good place to stay for the price. Only real complaint is that the Wi-Fi isn't too good as I had to literally go outside room to connect and stay connected.

Decent price for a double queen bed room. Although, we had to request another room due to heavy smoking smell in a non smoking room . The room was not clean, but the concierge was friendly enough to give us a downstairs room with wood flooring. All went better and decided to stay our two nights. I would highly recommend no carpet room . Red roof inn provided waffles and fruit, toast / jelly and butter. As well as apple juice orange juice.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Much better than other hotels in the area with a similar price. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Although it is a bit older than some, the rooms are clean and well kept. It is one of the better Red Roof Inn's I've been to.

I checked in at 3 and did not make it to my room immediately. We got back to the hotel around 8 or 9 and our keys wouldn't work. The guy came up to check and the handle completely broke off. He then left and came back with tools to get the door open and said he'd come back and fix it after we got settled. I told him no I felt uncomfortable and he didn't want to get me a new room. I had to demand. I was too upset to go talk to management so I held off on that because I didn't want to make a fool of myself. We will talk to management about the inconvenience and see what they will do. It took us 30 minutes to get a new room. We were exhausted, just drove for 18 hours from Georgia and the way they acted when we asked for a new room was appalling to me. Honestly, I cant believe he didn't immediately offer me a new room. I can say it was quiet, it was in a questionable part of town but it was quiet, ai didn't feel unsafe after getting a new room, the breakfast was good, the room and beds were comfortable and the room was clean. If not for the incident I would have rated higher. For the price I paid, the room was great. TV, fridge, microwave were all working.
