Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby and easy access to the highway.

I see allot of great reviews on here but I honestly wasn't that impressed. Came to Madison from Illinois for my step sister's cancer benefit. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn in our town when we want to get away to swim or what not in the winter and there's a Courtyard right next to it which I get always wasted to try. So, I will compare it to that. They both are around same price, Hampton is even a bit cheaper. Marriott didn't even have a microwave in the room. You can barely see the tv from the bed as its off to the side and on other side of closet. Horrible angle and positioning of bed and couch. Everything was clean and nice. Hampton Inn has a wonderful complimentary breakfast in the morning that Mariott did not. Instead there was a horribly over priced bistro with Starbucks in it. Every single breakfast was on average $11. That's insane. The staff at night was pretty short with me as rude when I asked if I could buy the water from the lobby. I had no idea if it was closed or not, so she looked at me like I was stupid and stated "well, are you going to charge it to the room or pay for it now?!" On another small annoying note, there were no full length mirrors or any other mirrors besides the bathroom one to get ready in which is hard when you're trying to get ready for a party and fighting for the mirror with someone else or while they're in the shower. So, all in all it was clean, yes. Staff is a bit snotty. No amenities in room. Also walking into the hotel, it's a compete dead zone for T-Mobile and then the Wi-Fi doesn't connect, so our phones were worthless. Over priced for what it is. Will find another hotel next time I come to Madison.

Overall experience was excellent. Our room was ready nearly two hours before check in. The front desk attendant was very kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean and had a very modern/comfortable appeal. Would definetly book again for our next visit to Madison.

Very nice, clean and spacious rooms. The hotel stands up to the name of Marriott. We stayed here for one night and everything was great expect there was no complementary coffee provided in the lobby. Generally it's available in the hotel lobby throughout the day. May be not the courtyard culture.

Nice hotel, easy access off the highway. Nice patio with a propane fire place. There is a pool, and it's open late, which is nice. The workout facilities are good as well. The lobby is very modern and comfortable. There is an Unos pizza within walking distance, and you can order from a local Domino's as well. They have snacks, drinks ad other necessities on site for purchase.

Very friendly and helpful Front Desk staff, especially Holly. Love our room. We were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony. Bistro is a nice bar and the staff is great. Next time I'm in Madison I'll stay here.

Stayed in a room with a single king sized bed, which was very comfortable, and the front desk was very friendly. Hotel is close to the mall and a number of restaurants. Downside of the location is how close it is to the freeway, which can be noisy depending on where your room is

Really good customer service. Everone was very nice. Perfect location off of the freeway and elevated enough on a hill to avoid traffic noise. A few nearby restaurants within walking distance.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and very comfortable room/bed. Intuitive accessibility. Would have given 5 stars, however, the outdoor noise seemed to come right through the window and hvac wall unit. Also, when I called down for a shoe horn, they did not have one. Seems to me that a shoe horn would be an item to keep on hand as a hotel wanting to accommodate the business traveler.
