Room was comfortable. Property was well maintained. Staff were courteous. The water was really, really soft, which made it hard to take a shower and get the soap off.

Very clean and nice inside friendly staff. Only cons are that I booked and paid for a double with two queens and we are sleeping on two fulls which are not big enough for comfort for 4 people. Also the beds are super firm which was so uncomfortable that my back ached all night and after getting up for the day. Went to see if we could be moved to a room with queen sized beds and I was told that the beds are all the same size and it is a queen. (Totally NOT true) I am 5'3 and when I lay across the bed horizontally about a foot of me hangs off! Good location close to a huge strip mall and tons of restaurants and fast food. I also wish there was a microwave in the room or at least somewhere on the floor but the only one around is down beside the front desk beside the over priced snacks.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice but the shower is rarely wide enough for me to turn around 360 degrees. I’m a guy with wide and broad shoulders, so it can be tricky. No matter what hotel I stay at, I can always find something that isn’t quite as great as I hoped it would be. That said, I ALWAYS stay at Marriott hotels. I know what to expect and what I will get.

Great place. Big rooms, lots of amenities. Pool side fire is lovely along with a spa. 4 stars for a 4 star hotel and was a little on the high side price wise.

First the good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is nice. Now the not so good. There is a overwhelming musty odor in the room. Also the pool is not heated and then both the pool and the hot tub did not have the filters working. Then they have a fire pit and it is not working. Apparently it has been this way for over a week and still they havent planned to fix it. They don't have a towel area for the pool so you have to use your towels from the room and so later you have to remember to ask them for extra ones.

Stopped in on my return trip from Hurricane Irma evacuation. They didn't have any rooms available at 9pm but allowed us to use their breakfast area to sit, eat the sandwiches we had (they do have food available for purchase as well) and plan out our next step without having to sit in the car. Person at the front desk was extremely courteous.

Staying for the weekend, got a very nice room right off the elevator, room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Bed was amazing and the location is decent right near the airport close to a large shopping center and a variety of restaurants. It was very easy to navigate Jacksonville from here.
p.s. there were sheets to the pull out bed in the drawer

There was staff shortage overnight and the blankets were very thin. However, the room was very spacious and the shower was awesome. Everything was clean and orderly.

Would not stay here again. Live roaches walking in the hallway on the way to the room. Strong musty odor in the room upon entering. Overall did not feel comfortable here.

It's pretty and furnished beautifully, the representatives are very nice, but there are no amenities for staying for a week like IHG, like snacks in the evening, like free software drink's, chips, or fresh baked cookies, or fruit water as a welcome! Plus I never was able to eat breakfast because I had to be at work for 6:00 am and the restaurant did not open till 6:00 am.😐😔😖

Very comfortable rooms. Great pool, great location. I didn't have any problems while staying here.

They boarded us when the motel we had reservations at turned us out at 11p.m., we were very worried we were going to have to sit at a restaurant until the airport opened. Can't say enough good about Marriott.

Standard courtyard. Clean and comfortable. However super nice staff.. even van driver. He drove me to dinner which was only a couple blocks away. I said i would walk back, but he said.. no call me.. it is a busy road and not safe to walk. Genuinely concerned. All staff was like that. A+

I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard Marriott. The Hotel was completely redone inside as were the rooms. It has a very modern look and feel to it. I was pleasantly surprised as I was not sure what to expect. The checkout process was fast and smooth. The people working there were very friendly and accommodating. I only stayed there one night as I was visiting family. I do plan to come back to the hotel as I visit Jacksonville often.
