Super modern, up to date, 84$ a night, awesome staff, awesome bar area, and super pet friendly! An absolute must! We’ve stayed at the one in Jacksonville twice and the one in Nashville once. Have NEVER been disappointed! I would recommend this hotel over any other. I wish they had one in Vegas!

The rooms are old and run down. They need to upgrade them! There are huge scratches on the walls and headboard. It seriously looks like a lion stayed in the room and had a wild night. Also the smell isn't very good. I think the floor is filthy, but the room is so dark (since we arrived in the eve) that we can even tell if they vacuumed.
The rate should be well below $100 for it to be worth it.

Modern hotel that is well-maintained, considering it is dog-friendly (no fee, which is great!). Rates are reasonable. The rooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. The location is good with several places to get food nearby. Maintenance could be a bit better, but it doesn't affect your stay. Breakfast is not included.

The hotel staff was great. The room was a bit small and tired. Definitely needs updating. Otherwise it was a great stay.

For a newer hotel you would expect it to be in good shape, that’s not the case here. I can’t even raise the blinds in my room as they are broken and have just been shoved into place without any care. The smoke dectector has obviously been missing a battery for some time. I called the front desk and was told nothing could be done, I wouldn’t ever spend my own money on this dump. I’ll be letting my company know how nasty this place is.

Toilet does not flush properly, bathroom door won't stay closed, if you have little ones there are no microwaves in the rooms so you have to go all the way down to the lobby to make a bottle. Front desk staff are pretentious. Booked a room for 4 people
but it was not stocked for 4. Got attitude when going to the front desk for extra towels and a blanket. Bartender was nice. Appealing hotel it just needs some improvements.

Nice looking hotel, gives a must more unique feel than most hotels. Could use a lot of touch paint on the walls and better cleaning outside of the rooms. Both guest clothes washers(why only two) where broken. The room didn't have a microwave(which I didn't check before booking, so shame on me) and the pillows are completely useless, I have to use like 5 pillows to sleep with

Clean rooms. Pet friendly. Even gave us a pet bed and offered dog treats. Easy access to highways. Staff was helpful. Nearby restaurants.

The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable. However, I picked the wrong bed to sleep in. There is a table over the AC unit so when it kicks on, it blows air directly to one of the beds. I had to sleep completely under the covers so I could breathe and not be so cold. It's not constant. It turns on and off thoughout the night. The bathroom didn't have a tub. I don't know if that's just because the room they put me in was handicap accessible. However, I had a baby with me so she had to shower with me. Not a big problem, just didn't expect that. There is not a microwave in the room. You have to use the one in the lobby. But there is a mini fridge and a safe. So those were useful. The room was very big. Again, I had a handicap accessible room. I was able to fit the pack-n-play no problem. I also had to check out a day earlier than scheduled and they were very accommodating. Front desk staff was great.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HoteIRaven. com Booked a room here and they had the cheapest rates around

Unique hotel. Kinda futuristic/modern while still staying comfortable. Nice showers. The beds leave a little bit to be desired but they were totally usable. I'd love to see sleep number beds there. It needs some upkeep too. But for a reasonably priced place to stay with your dogs I highly recommend it!
