Nice front staff, if you book directly through the hotel you receive 5 days parking free. Hotel it self is nothing special. We stayed the night before a flight out, it met all our needs and the staff lined up the shuttle to take us to the airport. Will be back.

Staff was awesome. It's small and quite which I appreciate and I will be visiting again. It's very close to the zoo and next to a lot of good places to eat.

Very straight forward hotel! Nothing special with no perks. Hotel was clean for it's age with the smell of carpet cleaner and pool. Room was dated but very quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water. For a quick overnight stay this hotel will work just fine. I wouldn't stay in it for longer than an overnight stay. Very basic and priced very fair for the hotel in general.

Do not get the shuttle package to the cruise terminal. Paid for round trip transportation but was never picked up when we returned. We were given instructions to text a phone number, which I did several times and never received a response. Had to get a ride and pay to get to our car at the hotel. This was a complete ripoff. You are better off just parking at the cruise terminal or at the lot across the road.

I understand it is not billed as a 5 star hotel, but I would still expect better. There was nearly no water pressure. Felt like I was showing between drops of water. The tub leaked a lot of water all night. No one seemed concerned about that. Rooms were reasonably cleaned though. Service seemed very indifferent. Not sure what to expect at this price though.

I wish I could really give this place more stars but I just can't do it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, so that's the pros. Now for the cons the room had a bad odor, the little refrigerator in the room didn't work, you could hear the next door neighbor talking, and he wasn't even talking loud. The bed was horrible to the point where I woke up with a back ache. The mattress had a dip in the middle like a valley. My wife made the best of this stop over trip by going to Walmart and picking up a couple of candles which did do the trick. Do be tricked by the pictures, if you have the extra scratch run next door to the Hyatt. We've stayed at the Hyatt numerous times and have never been disappointed.

Nice place. Older and off brand name but bed is nice, pillows nice, clean, has fridge, microwave, all major cable channels on a HDTV. AC unit works very well. Laundry machine in building. No 5 star because there were three shirtless dudes hanging out in parking lot drinking beers and smoking for several hours as they came and went into rooms. Surprised management allows shirtless dudes with prison tats to walk in hallways and public spaces and hang in parking lot.

Nice location, plenty of food and restaurants around. Hotel is decent enough and fairly clean. A little musty smell throughout the whole place though

Great value for the price. The room is a bit small but the bed is comfortable. Staff is pleasant and the location is convenient.

Good for price in coupon book. Queen beds are a plus since even higher end hotels do full size. Plus they are comfortable. Breakfast is below average.

Four adults stayed, we were comfortable. Location was good for where we needed. Lots of stores and such nearby. The only thing was the a/c in the room. It was nice and cold when blowing and hot in the room when it would stop periodically.
