Nice staff. Breakfast was lacking in that nothing was stocked well. Friends had a room that wasn't cleaned one day.

This is a great hotel. We were here during hurricane Irma when evacuated from the keys. The staff and Miss Ashanti were professionals and handled the power outage and all the displaced people with smiles and kindness. We will return hopefully without a hurricane.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helped us find a place to order food. Wet checked in around 530 on the 12 of August. She was very sweet. Good at her job. The rest of the staff was also friendly and wanted to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Room was exactly as described and beautifully equipped. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. The only thing that was wrong was that the pool was closed and my daughter and her friend wanted to go to swimming! 😀

Check in was fast and easy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping always did a good job cleaning our. The room always smelled fresh when we return. Yolanda made sure breakfast was amazing. All day coffee was fresh. The fresh fruit water is a keeper..

The room was excellent. The staff was professional and friendly. There was an issue with the key card machine, but the manager took me into my room while I waited for my key. Would return again.

They put me in room 117 never take room 117 if you have to wake up early in the morning. One of the walls are shared with the kitchenso when they are up at 4 making breakfast all you hear is cabinets slamming, people talking very loud, and a heard of elephants walking around. I asked if I could be moved to another room, and they did allow me to move. I moved all my things then rushed off to work. (I was only in town for a few days for work) When I returned I found out that the air conditioner did not work. So I had to be moved again. By this time I'm pissed because all I wanted to do is get to my room shower and relax. I would say a third time is a charm, but I seen toenail clippings on the floor. So I was weirded out about it. I would not stay here again unless I was forced to.

Looks can be deceiving as the hotel looks so-so from the outside but it is quite nice inside. The bathroom is a little aged but functional. Nice, clean rooms and comfortable bed If anything, my limited interaction with staff hasn't been overly friendly but definitely not rude or anything. Breakfast is a little light compared to some other free breakfast offerings but it is sufficient and fresh.
