Service was very good. Hotel was fairly new looking, although several pieces of furniture in our room we're ripped. Breakfast area does not have nearly enough seating.

Helpful and friendly staff. Free wifi with room had great speed. Stayed in a suite with huge whirlpool tub. Nice large room. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Would stay here again.

Easy to access if travelling on 95. Quiet location within a short distance from a number of restaurants and shopping. Parking lot is well lit and convenient to access. I have stayed at this location several times.

Even though I had a reservation, checked in on their app AND chose my exact room in the process, they didn't have a room for me when I showed up at the hotel around 7pm. I was told they were in an oversold situation given maintenance on some rooms and they didn't have a room for me. This hotel is usually busy so just make sure you check in as soon as you can or you may not have a room. I know other people that had this same issue at this location. They booked me at another hotel down the street so at least I have a room for the night. I like this Hilton Garden Inn so it's unfortunate that a situation like this happens.

Nice hotel, reasonably up to date and internet speeds seem fine so far. The first front desk staff member we were greeted by seemed a little rude. Can't complain too much

Immaculate property. Just days after Hurricane Irma, the grounds and pool were already perfectly groomed, attractive, and inviting. Consistent HGI quality and service. Location is proximate to both airport and shopping/ dining.

We had no major issues, but a handful of small ones during our stay. The bed creaked getting in and out of it, and while turning over in the night. The shower head had a glob of shampoo or conditioner leftover from a previous room occupant handling it. Additionally, the room never became cool enough even after setting the window AC unit very low. There was no fan in the room either so we dealt with a warm room that had been set to 76 when we arrived for most of the night. By morning it had finally cooled to a normal temperature. Breakfast was not complimentary and close to $10 so we did not eat there. Additionally, the WiFi did not work, however I cannot blame the hotel for service outages following Hurricane Irma. Altogether not a good experience due to this collection of minor but noticeable issues.

My 1st night I realized that I should've brought my own linens, only because I think there's washed out. The room was clean and fresh. I am going to spring for the suite from now on because the regular rooms seems like they should come with a continental breakfast. Where as a suite is an order in kind of room.

Check in was ok the young lady failed to inform me about a charge for incidentals.Room was beautiful the only exception being that the AC in the room was not cooling the room. Check out was subpar we ran into another incident where the hotel tried to charge us another fee for $250. We weren't given a real reason as to what it was for. I felt highly disrespected by the sales managers reasons but other than that we liked our room. Sad to say this was my first and last time visiting.

Good hotel for staying in the area. Compared to other hotels in the area, this hotel is newer which offers better rooms and amenities. Rooms are clean, comes with a fridge and microwave.

Room was actually very nice and staff was pleasant and friendly. But, be warned, online this hotel is advertised as "Pet Friendly". But when you check in they charge for a pet cleaning service. If you look at their amenities they do not accept pets! So, they got us for $75.00 extra that we normally don't pay at true pet friendly motels/hotels.

Very clean but very basic. It is close to the airport and so far I have only heard 2 planes pass over. Pretty quiet. The front desk was very helpful and nice. The room was very spacious. I have a computer monitor just as big as the TV, but visible from the bed. The bathroom was remodeled recently. Not a bad place to stay for the money.
