NO shuttle service?!? What? We had a great stay, but no shuttle killed it for us Taxi service cost us a small fortune for a quick ride to the Carnival Port. Very nice 5-star accommodations, courteous professional staff. Close to shopping, restaurants. Most larger hotels have shuttle service this does not sorry, cannot recommend this hotel.

Our client Donna Bell recently stayed here while on tour and had a fantastic stay! The room was awesome, very clean and quiet. There was a restaurant onsite with a really good Cheeseburger and they served Starbucks coffee in the morning. Thank you for taking such great care of our client while under your roof for the evening!

Nice hotel and conveniently located to where we needed to be to meet our daughter. The only negative is that the owner has decided to not get the daily usa today anymore. As a frequent traveler my husband enjoy get the paper everyday. There must be something you can do to continue on with the paper.

A great place to stay at in JAX. It looks real new to have been here 8 years according to the desk staff. The bistro makes a heck of a burger and the bistro sauce adds to it. It is great for a quick meal. The biggest perk besides the rooms is the fact a Walmart is within walking distance which makes getting those travel needs. Also it is centrally located so getting to other areas is a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was incredibly kind, but the room wasn't as clean as you would expect a Marriott hotel room to be. In fairness, our stay was in the wake of Hurricane Irma. I'm sure their hospitality staff was stretched. The hotel is conveniently located to a number of a restaurants and retail shopping.

This is my favorite away-from-home spot. The staff here are very attentive. Everyone greets you with a smile. It's about 20 to 30 minutes from the beach but the drive is a straight shot from the hotel to Neptune or Atlantic beaches. The bistro makes great sandwiches for you to box and take with you on the beach.

Great hotel. Wow the rooms are nice, much bigger than expected. Seems like a recent remodel so the rooms look new. The pool is outside, and as with most outdoor pools down south in the summer, it's not as cool and refreshing as you'd like. Definitely will stay here again

Fantastic hotel, excellent service, accomodations and ammenities. Another plus is that it's right next door to a WalMart, perfect for anyone on vacation.

This hotel is in a prime spot for me. It's away from all the busyness of Jacksonville but it's right there close to everything. It's easy to get in and out of.
There's no riffraff around which is always a good thing!!!
The staff was awesome. Everyone had great customer service skills. They were friendly and genuine about it. I could tell that everyone loved their job and that says a lot about the establishment.
This would be a great hotel for business or if someone's just traveling and that wants a nice room at a fair price.
I love, that by the time I checked in every afternoon, I could just order food to be delivered to my room from the bistro downstairs because I was too tired to do anything else. There was a nice selection to choose from and the food was really good. They were super fast at getting it to me and they always had everything I needed, in the bag:)
The bed was comfy, there were no issues with any of the appliances or fixtures. The temperature was great. It was a very quiet hotel and lobby was sometimes lively with friendly guest.
They had an adequate pool and a nice warm Jacuzzi out back.
Parking was easy. There's nothing negative I can say about this hotel :)
If I have a chance I would definitely stay here again!!!

Great location for us. Greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful room and very clean! Pool and hot tub were a bonus. Great after a long day at KONA Skatepark. Bistro Restaurant was very good and surprisingly not overpriced for a hotel eatery. Every staff member from front desk, to Bistro servers and cleaning crew always had a smiles on their faces. We will definitely stay here again.
