Rooms were great. We got two twin beds both comfortable. There was a big Tv and a little fridge. No microwave, so we had to go out to eat. They serve a standard continental breakfast, and that's super nice. The staff here is friendly.

If i could give less than 1 star I would! Its terrible service! So sad because such a beautiful property but ran by poor management. Front Desk is clueless to anything and everything. Check in process took over 30 min when I was the only one up there still took a half hour! All the food is precooked so staff just heats it up even breakfast! NOTHING IS MADE! The general manager is very rude and walks around and wont even say hello. I had an issue with being over charged and he came out and wouldn't even look me in eyes nor apologized. He had to call another women who seemed younger than your average manager so I am not sure how much experience she has but she seemed to busy or didnt care to hear my problems. Over all do not stay here shuttle service can take over an hour for a pick up! Ridiculous staff/ management no one stay here for your own good! and I woke up with a rash on my face never felt more disgusted in a hotel than here!

Very nice non smoking hotel. The staff was great when we star3ted there for 4 nights. Very accommodating when out triplet nephews wanted to stay the night with us.

This hotel has a nice fitness center and free breakfast. The rooms are great, spacious and comfortable. I wish the pool was bigger and had more exposure to the sun, it's Florida.

I've been to several Hyatt Place hotels and I feel this was a notch below. The rooms and general facilities were great. The breakfast spread however was ok. The serving staff though were amongst the best. Extremely warm and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Great value and quality! The Hyatt Place Jacksonville is lower priced than the Hampton Inn where I am, but the features and service here is far superior. The room was very large and had a large sitting area and wet bar in addition to two queen beds and well appointed bathroom. Very, very spacious room. The hotel is clean, new and well run. The staff is very friendly and courteous.
We stopped here on our way down to Disney World. I highly recommend it.response / report this review -

The decor of the hotel is well designed. The fridge in the room was barely cold. The fridge was barely working in 2 other guests room as well. Cleaning could definitely improve. Which means, please check your glasses before you drink out of them. After speaking to the general manager over a large issue. There was no final contact to resolve the issues that took place. Which leaves me quite upset. In the food preparation area there are 2 ladies that was exceptional, Mrs. Mary and Melanie. They did what they could to reach out for their guest and always had a smile on their face!!

The staff was amazing, they had all the amenities right in house, which is helpful because the area is not foot-traffic friendly! They were very clean and I slept like the dead on their super comfortable beds! On top of incredible, high quality feel, the staff were so good to us! We likely won't visit Jacksonville again, but if we do I know where we'll be staying!

We were here for Memorial weekend and it was fantastic. We had a 1 bedroom king with a fridge. The downfall was that your fridge was making a weird sound. The free breakfast that we had was awesome! We came to Jacksonville for the beach. The drive to Amelia Island was about 25 minutes, not bad. The location of the hotel was great to all the restaurants that they had around the area.response / report this review -

This hotel was new, clean, modern and quit comfortable. The meeting space was very neat and accommodating. I really appreciate the Speakman shower heads! I would absolutely utilize this hotel next time I'm in the area. It is the hands down winner in the near vicinity. Spend the few extra bucks, you'll be happy you did. Excellent experience overall!

Big, clean rooms. Decent onsite food and drinks + free breakfast buffet. Good service. Close to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport and will also drive you to nearby stores and restaurants within 3 miles. Good experience overall, but the location isn't what you expect when you're visiting Jacksonville. Beach is miles away.
