As usual, everyone here goes the extra mile for us. We keep coming back. The facilities are good and the people working here are friendly and helpful.

Great staff and comfortable beds. Would give 5 stars, but the toilet ran unless the handle was jiggled a few times. Would recommend staying here.

I stayed for business. Nice bar with light food to end your day without leaving the hotel. Nice outside pool. Small gym, 2 treadmills, one step master, static bike and some weights. The room is standard, mine had a desk and a sofa. The bathroom was also standard. Everything was clean and the service was good.

Worst service ever received at a hotel. Extremely rude staff during the evening and night shifts. The evening desk clerk shouldn't be glaring at anybody. Ever. The deposit policy is a joke and disrespectful to customers. The store is a ripoff. $3.25 for a 20 oz drink? Seriously? Room never cooled down. Maid service did horrible cleaning.

UPDATE: After waiting for response after complaints filed with corporate, I receive an email from a customer service representative on August 31st, 2017 I would receive contact from the general manager, Jheannine Golden-Washington, within 24-48 hours. I get an email from this person not within the time promised but 6 days later, with no apology for her lateness nor acknowledgement of the fact when I called her out on it. Instead, she turns it around on me that I have a failing to understand personal problems in other people's lives. This is typical passive-aggressive behavior from lazy and ineffective people who do not grasp the concept of respect for the time of others. She asked what time she could call and I advised her the next morning at 9 a.m. Poor thing, that time was just not good for her and asked for 10:30. I advised her that I have already been more than gracious, receiving poor service at her hotel, and then her dragging her feet on responding to a complaint, and that my patience has already been tested and she not push me any further. Now she feels threatened and feels that the call would be a waste of her time and a negative experience FOR HER and that she feels threatened. I believe I am the one that already had to deal with a negative experience. So I spend an hour writing out in detail everything of what I had to endure in her pathetic hotel. Then I told her what I expected, which is respect, for a manager to take responsibility and have integrity and accountability, and to apologize for the insult of my time and for the backhanded insult of threatening her. She apparently feels that this is an option because she has yet to respond. So, I have added this to the review that I published a month ago. My advice to my friends, especially to Caucasians.do not stay here.

Great hotel. Perfect distance from where our wedding venue was off of 15th street Plano. The front desk was very kind and helpful, especially the over night guy James. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient to US 75/Central Expressway corridor, but far enough away to not have to hear the expressway! Great, attentive staff! When I explained we were celebrating our anniversary, the person checking us in upgraded us to a balcony room and then included a signed note from the entire staff congratulating us on our anniversary.

Was in Richardson for business and this hotel was well located. Close to some restaurants, close to where we were headed, but still quiet. Nice room overall! Breakfast luckily was included because of our company but otherwise it would have been a la carte from a Starbucks counter. I'd certainly stay again.

I went here for an after-party for a friend's wedding. From what I saw, it was standard fare for a Courtyard Marriott. Clean rooms, nice furniture, fairly quiet. I spent a little time in a room and most of my time socializing with friends in the lobby, so my experience was limited, but from what I could tell, it seemed like a nice place.

The service at this Marriott was great. I checked in late after driving over 800 miles and was warmly greeted when I arrived. The hotel was clean and much nicer than I expected. From my room, I could hear other guests in the hallway, but it wasn't loud enough to be disruptive to my needs. The hotel seems well kept.

Ricky at thr front desk has exceptional customer service. He remembered my name and welcomed me by name after the first day. The location is near where I needed to be for work, so easy points there. The rooms are perfectly fine for what I needed - sleep. My only complaint is that other hotels have spoiled me with low-quality, free food. They refuse to do this.
