The rooms themselves are nice and roomy. Very clean, beds super comfortable, nice place to sleep after an 11 hour drive. But, here is why I'm giving this only 2 stars:

Usually, the holiday inn breakfast is pretty good; but, it isn't at this location. who really serves spoiled dairy products for breakfast? the food itself wasn't that good either. Come on Holiday Inn, please fix this.

Comfortable, affordable, nice little breakfast. Standard HI Express offering. Didn’t notice any airport noise which was surprising. Easy on and off the highway

Had a last minute trip to Texas for a family event. Breakfast was nice, elevator worked great, nice big rooms. Cards did have to be reset for the does a couple of times, but they came and cleaned my room bright and early.

I have an amazing room or rather suite at the best price. The location is just what I needed. Also. I had the suite at the last minute. The staff are all helpful and friendly. Thank you Holiday Inn.

This place sucks. The staff, especially female front desk workers are so rude and unprofessional. I asked for a water bottle during late night for my baby and a lady staffer, without a secondary thought, told me 'no'. I saw a plenty of water bottles in her fridge right in front of my eyes. I am a long term member and they can't even empathize and spare me a water bottle. I don't really think we need this kind of corporate mentality and staffers who think that this is business. Hospitality to some extent is what it takes for a success of one's business. How can they simply forget this basic principle of hotel management? I think the corporate has to recruit right qualified people but not some lady with troubled mind and non empathized date of mind

Really clean hotel with a great breakfast! Had a microwave and fridge in our suite, which really came in handy. The pool isn't huge, but it's very nice and was never crowded. The kids loved it. The fitness center had an actual bench, barbell, and plates! The location is really close to the airport and convenient to Dallas, Irving, and Grapevine.I would stay here again and would recommend it if you can get a good rate.

Will stay here every time we fly out of DFW! When we pulled up, I commented to my husband that the outside looked nothing like the pictures online. It looks a bit run down, but it is very well kept on the inside. There is a super cute little courtyard in the middle with a pool that we enjoyed. The staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable. Minutes from the airport, and they provide a park and fly option for a minimal fee with free shuttle service.

Rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious with attention to detail from housekeeping. The common areas feel pretty modern. I wasn't able to experience the breakfast since it starts at 6 am and I had to be on my way for a flight at 5:30 but the area it is served in seemed nice. The hotel is on the north end of the airport so not the most convenient location if you need to return a rental car and there aren't a lot of great dining options in the immediate vicinity but it's not a bad location either. Overall, my experience was still pretty positive.

I've traveled quite a bit back and forth when I was in the military, Always stayed with holiday inn and I must say I'm disappointed with my stay. Not what i expected from them. I give 2 because the front desk was very nice but the furniture in my room was literally falling apart. I tried to open a drawer and the whole thing came apart. I'm surprised to see people say over sized because I felt the double suite i booked for was like they crammed everything in a tiny place. The shower is literally the smallest shower ever. I had a hard time lifting my elbows, washing my hair! Lol I'm traveling with family and I'm stuck on the pull out sofa bed, even so I think I'm better off on the floor. Day 2 and my back is killing me.

The service and hospitality of the people working were as good as you could get at a Holiday inn. Breafast was hot n plenty. Some of the rooms need updating is only thing that I found to be a issue.

Located on the north side of the airport, this hotel offers a junior suite for every room, shower and tub in each, and is ten minutes from the terminals and the rental car return. The pool, workout room, laundry facilities, and breakfast are basic. The airport noise can be a bit loud, there is no hotel bar or restaurant, and no restaurants within walking distance without crossing the freeway. The decor is not modern and does not have updated tech (for example, the thermostat is controlled on the unit not the wall), but it's roomy and comfortable and convenient.

I usually book last minute, and this is the by far the most I have spent for a hotel in a similar class. They must have recently renovated the common areas, because they are the only clean and new looking parts of the hotel. The hallway looks to have scraps of mismatched wallpaper. This may be a design feature, but it's not appealling. The room I had was dark, smelled, the air conditioner was loud, never stopped, and only went to a certain temperature that never cooled the room. The curtains won't close due to the air conditioners location. For the first floor next to the parking lot, this could be a bit disturbing for some people. The layout of the room was odd and has no real design other than Orange. The airport is nearby, you can't hear the planes (maybe because of the air conditioner), and there is an included shuttle. Overall, not much to like.
