Room was clean. But a few items in room did not function correctly. Beds were sleep number beds but they did not adjust, this meant they were stuck on extra firm. Tv remote would not turn on tv, you had to manually turn it on and off. Remote worked for everything other than power so wasn't just battery. Only enough towels were stocked in bathroom for 2 people, despite it being a room large enough to support 4 people. Hotel was under renovation at the time of our stay. I was highly surprised the side door of the hotel was left unlocked the entire stay. A card swipe security check was installed l, but it was either disabled or non functional.

I would not stay here if I had other options.
Poor location without sidewalk or access to anything other than what is inside the hotel. (Hotel food is not very good-bring what you need with you).
VERY aged and worn property in need of a facelift Rooms are a nice size and were clean, so that is a positive if it is all you need.
The van service is TERRIBLE. DO NOT DEPEND ON IT! I waited 45 min at the airport for a pickup after being told 3 times that it was 5-10 min out. In the morning, the van left for the airport 5 min early with me standing in the lobby waiting.
I do not recommend if other options are available.

The rooms are nice with comfortable beds, and the Hotel layout is good. The Bad: I had terrible internet service and my hotel room phone did not work. I went to the restaurant and ordered a chicken salad and with only one waitress working it took almost one hour to get my meal after ordering.

Meh. It's an unbranded hotel at the airport and has all the unbranded hotel at the airport features you have come to expect. Including: A scary, pitch dark parking lot, creepy dudes hanging around outside at night, a long check in process with mysterious technical problems, weird maintenance (there is a pipe protruding from the bathroom ceiling light), weird room layout (there is an empty spot in my room big enough to park a car) and of course, a nasty, overpriced breakfast. All of the hot food was dried out and gross at 8:00 am. I paid ten bucks for a spoon full of scrambled eggs and a cup of coffee.

By the way, did you know "TIPS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED"? There are 20 or so signs posted throughout the breakfast area to help you remember.

It was fine for a flop after a late flight but no more. Skip the breakfast and make sure you don't leave anything in your car.

Nice staff and very nice restaurant food. Kinda worn round the edges, not unclean. Linens were fresh and room was well kept just over due for a refresh compared to other contemporaries.

I stopped by this hotel to check it out for an upcoming event. It seems nice. The rooms are very spacious and every room comes with a mini fridge and microwave. The suites have a balcony that over look the atrium, which houses the pool and the restaurant. It's nice for a three start hotel.

Two room suite with Sleep number bed, microwave, and mini-fridge. Pretty descent for the price. Had dinner at hotel, and it was good with excellent service. However, attempted lunch there and no one was there to serve me. Waited several minutes and saw no one. Talk to desk staff and she attempted to get someone, to no avail.

Located right off the freeway. Down the street from Walmart and great restaurants. A bunch of rooms were available and quiet guests

Upon entering the hotel you would think it's one of the best out here but wait until you get to you room with a pleasant surprise room smells filthy like someone puked. 6 hours later our room still wasn't getting cool so tried calling downstairs but guess wat phones don't work not one but both the phones don't work. So went downstairs talked to front desk who was the rudest of all no manners don't have no people skills. I tried explaining how I was having issues with my room and the response was I am not maintenance man. For the Ac not working I asked for a boxed fan guess wat this man replies rudely saying don't have one. So I asked this man what should i do since my Ac don't work and have a 2 month old he replied I don't kno I can't do nothing about it. This is the worst hotel ever. Gene Mariano, Henry Williams, and the others who rated 5 * i wonder what did you guys see in this hotel for it to be a 5 * rated. I can understand mistakes but we thrive to fix them to get better but this place is just total opposite. Worst hotel ever

Check in was a bit cumbersome but after that no issues. Best choice we made to stay here, park the car, and let the hotel driver take us to the terminal. Pick up a week later was basically smooth. We left before breakfast was served but I've stayed at this hotel in years past and it has always been a hot breakfast. Bed has uncomfortable. Hotel is aging and needs some TLC. Good value though. I'd stay again no question. Book early they fill up on the weekdays too.

For the price, the rooms, location, and service, you can't beat this BW. First with triple A I only paid a total of 65 dollars for a king suite. The room was unbelievably spacious! It smelled nice and was very clean. I had a living area, a dining area, an office space, a king size bed plus the bathroom and vanity, not to mention two television sets. I need to mention that the staff is very accommodating
and pleasant. It's only 5 miles from the DFW airport. It's a complimentary park and ride hotel up to seven days with your stay. The shuttles were in time. I was so satisfied with this hotel that I tipped the drivers. I will definitely stay here again.

This is our hotel of choice when we visit Six Flags over Texas, It is jest 15 minutes away and 20 minutes from the Grape Vine Mills Mall. It is located next door to Wall Mart and is with in easy reach of many restaurant options. We have found the rooms clean, well maintained and the staff has always been friendly. It is in a safe area, however busy being close to a major highway, yet the rooms are quite. We will be returning to this hotel at least four more times this summer.
