Great location. Customer service was off the chart, they upgraded us to a 2 room suite since we had all the kids and also have shuttle service which is convenient.
Receptionist was very nice at check in. Gave us a free drink voucher and welcomed me as a member. Also received a text asking if everything is ok and to let them know if I need anything. Suite with 2 queen beds is very nice. Beds are comfortable and 4 comfy pillows on each bed. Suites have 2 TVs with plenty of room and lighting along with plugs galore for charging electronics. The jacuzzi water is set to perfect temp and the indoor pool water is heated thankfully since it is 36 degrees outside. The gym has plenty to do even though one piece of equipment not operational. My son and I enjoyed the gym. The bar has a wide selection of drinks. The drink voucher works for only house wine or beer. I ordered their only tap IPA beer brewed out of Dallas according to the bartender. It was chilled nicely and had a good taste but won’t make the list of my favorite beers. Room was quiet and it was easy to fall asleep and stay asleep due to no noise. Hotel is off the freeway so you will hear some freeway noise. It’s conveniently located to restaurants and the stadium. I would definitely stay here again so I’m giving 5 stars.
Great place. Newly renovated. Results are amazing. My only issue was that the channels on the tv weren't reliable. But since I was there with my family, tv was not important. Recommend to all.
Room was great. Was able to check in early. Would give 5, but they missed my breakfast card and I didnt have time to schedule a different time.
The entire staff was absolutely amazing especially Shannon and the head chef Corey. The reception was perfect. Absolutely no issued encountered. They went above and beyond my expectations.
Good location. My room was great. Currently lots of construction in the area that makes it a little difficult to maneuver around but besides that, great hotel.

It was an overpriced room for an average room. The amenities were not at all as described. This building is also currently under renovation and this fact was not disclosed. Don't mistake me; the renovation is desperately needed. Peeling wallpaper, electrical problems, ect. The bed was comfortable enough. The staff was kind and helpful, thus saving up for this venue from a one star rating.
I give the two stars only because our first stay last year was adequate enough to warrant a return. The hotel was under renovation (July 2017) and I received no advance warning at or before checking in. My family and I like to spend late nights having fun and sleep in, however this was impossible as at 9am, we were woken up by a jackhammer sound that continued constantly. It was so bad, I checked out and booked another hotel at considerable expense. Upon checking out, I was told "But the hotel will look beautiful when it's complete". That's something I'll never find out. Simply horrible customer service from a hospitality based industry. The experience threw off plans of our 3 day vacation and ruined the only time I got to spend with the family this summer. Be warned, upon reading more about the renovations, it not only includes the noise, but also the periodic shut off of the water to your room where you would have to visit the lobby to do your business. My advice would be to warn your potential guests before checking in with an email or a phone call, and absolutely verbally tell them at check-in.
Great Hotel. I had a suite and it was extremely spacious and clean. The receptionists were professionally dressed and communicated in alike manner.
This hotel is in a strategic position with great scenery.
The only issue I had which I decided to minimize was the noise coming from the maintenance crew as they were in the process of renovation.
Was so disappointed! Can't get anywhere unreliable shuttle service. Nothing is close by. Food is mediocre, no one is in that restaurant. If your going to the game better places to stay. Ended up costing more to stay here because of the inconvenient Iocation.
Very nice interior. Looks like they are in the process of renovation. Pool was really cute. I attended a conference there so no overnight stay. The Starbucks there was really well stocked and nice. The outside parking lot, area was run down looking - sharp contrast to the interior.
Stay was error free. Quality employees and location. All employees (even those engaged in activities for other guests) acknowledged us and spoke. We felt right at home. Front desk employees were great and very professional and helpful.
The toilet ran all day and night, the room wasn't particularly clean, the sofa pull out bed had the thinnest mattress I've ever seen.
There were no extra blankets or pillows.
The restaurant downstairs wasn't clean, the furniture is dirty and overall it needs updating.
My son and I also got stuck in the elevator. It wouldn't open all the way and we were stuck for a few minutes on the 6th floor. I couldn't pry the doors open and the elevators are made of glass so looking around was scary when you knew you were stuck. Eventually we got out by sheer determination to open the doors. I asked a lady who was waiting to get into her room where the stairs were as we just got stuck in the elevator and I didn't want to use it again. The lady proceeded to tell us that the other elevator got stuck an hour before ours! This hotel needs some serious TLC. Hotel staff were nice and felt bad about the elevator experience and gave us free breakfast the next day.
