Nice quiet rooms, spacious! I was pleasantly surprised because my room was close to the elevator. Got a great deal on the room through Orbitz, the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is that when I called Wingate to extend they were way more expensive and then tried to sell me a bunch of vacation packages when I told them they were too high. Went back to Orbitz and only paid $10 more than the original price.

Everything about this hotel was above average. The room was very clean. The bathroom was very well stocked and there were more towels than expected. The front desk staff was very helpful with finding places around town. Room service was always very nice and polite. The free continental breakfast had a wide variety. Plus there is free WiFi.

The service staff are the nicest and are very accommodating. The rooms themselves are decently clean. They're not perfect, but they're comfortable enough. The window curtains have 3 layers. Two of the 3 layers close most of the way, and one doesn't even close halfway - the railing to slide the curtain ends too early. The faucet in our bathtub leaks but thankfully it's not a noisy drip that I can hear while sleeping. The toilet flush is very, very loud, so I don't bother flushing the toilet in the middle of the night so I'm not startled awake. The breakfast is one of the better free breakfasts I've experienced. The gym is small but open 24 hours. I wish there were more weight machines and less cardio machines. The pool looked fine but I was not interested in visiting it. I am looking forward to seeing what the free dinner and beer is like on Monday-Thursday.

The manager was incredibly helpful and nice. Everything very clean and by the atmosphere I could definitely understand why they were given so many awards, and they proudly displayed them. Everything was laid out plain and simple so it was very easy to get to where I was going and to find my way out. They had a nice walk decor that resembled bamboo and the rooms were just as nice. All in all I would be happy to stay at a place like this.

The stay was amazing. The lady at the front desk was super nice. The rooms were very clean. My only complaint would be that the pool looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a few days.

They have excellent service!! I came during the hurricane in Houston and the staff was courteous and ready to help. The hotel was in good condition and kept clean.

Almost all house keeping quit our 2nd day there, 2 left to clean the whole hotel. Management should have stepped in to help but because they have a big title. Sorry but I was taught that you lead by example if your not willing to get dirty why would you expect others to. The housekeepers that were left worked u til about 2 am to get all but 10 rooms done and back by 9am to start all over. People start appreciating your housekeeping staff they work there butts off for minimum wage. And management remember if they all walked out you would have had to clean them Yourself. Or no business.

This was the most accommodating hotel I have ever stayed at, throughout all of my travels for work. Amrit is an Amazing person, who is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My room was always very clean and quiet. This will always be my go-to hotel when I come to Richardson throughout the year. Thank you very much, Amrit, I appreciate you!

Friendly staff, very quite hotel. Plenty of parking spots (weekday stay). Stayed over night for a business trip, nothing unusual. Breakfast was provided. Front desk has snack stand which can be paid via cash or credit card.

Was there for a business trip for a full week, room was clean which made for a great stay, good breakfast in the morning & in the late afternoon snacks/finger food were provided down in the lobby eating area. Only minor complaint is after housekeeping came on 2 occasions the room door wasn't closed behind them. Which is why I took 1 star off. Nonetheless I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved this place, they were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Rooms were clean and the staff was great! I will go back when in town again for the next event.

Wasn't as big as expected, rooms are smaller than what you expect but recently renovated. Low ceilings that give it a smaller feel. Decent complimentary breakfast and the lobby always has coffee and water.
