Crappy location off of the highway. Website has false advertising for the supposedly beautiful jacuzzi rooms. Booked for an anniversary trip and walked in to this room that we payed a bunch extra for. It was pretty much a dingy room with a tub stuck in the corner. It was dirty. Nothing like the website. When we asked to have our money back to go to another hotel, they refused. We ended up having to pay for an entire night instead even though we didn't stay there. Horrible service and location. We went and stayed at the brand new Country Inn in Westgate: beautiful hotel, nice rooms, less expensive, and a FREE shuttle to downtown Asheville.

Nice clean rooms. Better than expected. Location a little noisy with highway near but otherwise ok

Great hotel. Very clean and up to date. Fitness center is older and breakfast is standard. People are very nice

This place was terrible. The service people didn’t really know what they were doing, we got an upgrade to a king for free, but it was lacking. The shower needed fixed for leaks, it was very tight on space, the fridge didn’t have a freezer, breakfast food was awful. I won’t ever recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful hotel. New, clean, and modern building and super friendly staff. Free hot breakfast had great variety and they provided real ceramic plates and silverware.

Just checked in and the front desk staff were nice. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was very clean & quiet, with everything in working order. The location is convenient to food and the highway is not too far away.

This hotel is located in a tucked away little area and is very peaceful, not too close and not too far from everything. The breakfast tastes good even if it isn't the most visually appealing. You definitely won't need to go out for breakfast if you don't want. The pool is a lot smaller than it looked in the picture, and the fitness room isn't huge, but those are relatively small problems. Over all I recommend people stay here if they want a nice quieter place to stay.

Had a very old feel, but very classy and clean. I felt like I was staying in a bedroom, not a hotel room as much. Location was right off the interstate, close to lots of chain and local restaurants. Value was amazing, and included breakfast. Service was good, and front desk was friendly.

Best location for activities in and out of Asheville, and they have a free shuttle to downtown so no need for Uber or a Taxi if you're going out. They have a great hot breakfast, coffee and hot water all day as well as cookies. We stayed here for our anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. Not only are they all extremely friendly, but we came back to the room to find a bottle of local wine and a note wishing us a happy anniversary. They were always happy to give us a recommendation for food or activities. We will definitely be back!

I had a very great experience at Country Inn & suites. They have very close parking and a really nice lobby. The staff is excellent and very welcoming and caring. When checking in we found out we had been upgraded which was amazing. The rooms were clean and had everything you would need for a weekend visit to Asheville. We even got a call to make sure our room was to our liking. The breakfast was a nice extra touch and the free cookies. The hotel is also close to downtown and restaurants. I will be staying here again.

Nice living space, but worse Laundry room ever. Dryer sucks as so for the washer. They where both dirty and nasty. Lint all over the floor. No trash can in the room. (Makes sense) had to put my clothes on 3 drying cycles just to get them dry. FYI: I had a small load. An it couldn't even dry that properly.
