Very nice staff, excellent rooms and clean. Great breakfast and kept clean.
Great location very clean and nice rooms. Staff was very cordial. Will stay there again.
Holiday Inn Express always does the job. Clean rooms, convenient location, and friendly staff. I can usually rely on being satisfied with my visit.
Recently remodeled and very nice. The rooms are very modern with nice lights (lighting all the way around the mirror in the bathroom!). It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great with many unique choices and a really cool pancake maker!
I had not been to a Holiday Inn in years, but we were looking for a place late at night and our car was making a strange noise, so we stopped here. We were so glad we did. The rooms and lobby looked like a brand new hotel. The desk clerk gave us the name of a reputable car mechanic. The fixing of the car took a couple hours and the desk was nice enough to offer an extended stay. I was able to use the workout room while waiting.
The breakfast was fresh and well supplied and the staff was very accommodating.
I would recommend this Holiday Inn Express and would stay there again.
A great Holiday Inn Express location.
Initially i was not impressed coming into the lobby, expecting to find the occasional HIE location acquired as an older building and not completely renovated, but upon closer inspection i can see they really must have put in a large amount of resources to change the original hotel. The lobby and dining areas are nice, the pool and exterior grounds are also impressive.
Though the decor of the lobby and hallways have an older patina to them, the rooms are very modern and well done. Fresh, clean and well furnished as well.
Staff is friendly and helpful, as can be expected.
Overall, a great location that meets and, in certain areas, exceeds the standards of the brand. You will be pleasantly surprised.
Pool is small, but nice. There is a hot tub inside which was great. The rooms were recently remodeled and had some of the nicest furniture for this type of hotel. Beds are comfortable and they have great pillows. The pillows were monogrammed soft and firm so you could tell which were which, we thought that was a nice touch.
The rooms have been renovated relatively recently and I quite enjoy the furniture. Great water pressure in the shower if you like it hard. Not a bad drive to the Biltmore house which is why we are hear in the first place. Decent price. Overall good experience.
I was very disappointed with our view. We were in a suit on the 4th floor. The website made it seem like mountain views. It's more like back of mall views. The room is okay. The people who work here are friendly. The breakfast was fine. It's nothing special, but fits our needs.
Typical hotel room. Nice breakfast included. Accommodating and polite staff. Everything youd expect from a Holiday Inn Express.
Conveniently located near the outlets and Biltmore estates. Friendly staff. Pool for summer. Has a free buffet breakfast, but food wasn't that great. Rooms have decent sized TVs, bed comfortable, pillows suck. Rooms and bathroom seemed clean but I found a single rat dropping in my bed which is why it only gave 3 stars. Okay place if you're doing like we were and staying a few hours. We checked in around 10pm and around 10am.
It was mediocre -- and on the low side of "mediocre" at that. It was November and the room was ice-cold; I had the heat on the whole time and that didn't make a bit of difference.
The breakfast was free, and was worth every penny of it -- congealed eggs, leathery biscuits, and watery coffee.
I had been told that my room would be $200, and the credit card bill just arrived -- $238.43.
The company has aired some cute commercials. Goody for them. I won't be staying at another one of these high-cost, low-quality rip-offs again.
