My BMW X-3 needed the coolant fluid topped off so we went to Circle BMW on Saturday. My lease expiration was coming up at the end of the year so we decided to stop into the showroom and see what might be a replacement. We met Cliff Neubart and started discussing cars. Cliff took the time to ask and listen to what we wanted in a new vehicle, and what we were comfortable spending. We test drove 3 different models and Cliff worked up numbers on all 3. We ended up with a beautiful 230xi convertible, which is a fun car to drive and just what we were looking for. Cliff was great to deal with, as was everyone else at Circle BMW. A no pressure, pleasant car buying experience!

Amazing Experience! From the time I first spoke to Cliff until delivery, he made sure I had everything I needed. He is very experienced and professional. Even though we had some issues with the application, he ensured that I get delivered on time. Having visited a lot of other dealerships, I could easily feel the difference at Circle BMW. Cliff and other staff members were very friendly and answered all the questions I had. The moment you step into the dealership, you feel like a part of the BMW family already.

Saw the vehicle, that I purchased today, on Circle BMW’s website and contacted their online department were I was directed to Cliff. Cliff made the sale and delivery process as easy as possible. Living almost an hour and half away, Cliff was able to accommodate most of the process done over the phone which helped a lot. When i got to the dealership I was greeted by the most friendly staff from service technicians to finance and sales. Really made the car buying process as easy as possible! Try Circle BMW!

Dealing with Cliff at Circle BMW was taking a breath of fresh air. In comparison to other dealerships, he wasn’t aggressive and stay connected with me via email/text message. Giving me a constant update and answering any questions I had. He was a straight shooter and highly professional from phones calls to standing at the entrance with a handshake welcoming me to the dealership. I knew I was right when I decided to talk to the high ranked staff in the dealership about Mr Robert Cavalary, and that is also confirmed after reading the reviews posted here. First of all, I don't usually write reviews but, when I do it, I do it for a valid reason, and I try to be as fair as honestly possible. My overall experience with this dealership and personnel is one of, if not the best one.
Mr Cavalery conducted our business in an expeditiously and professionally fashion. I definitely recommend people to come to this place; you will feel like home. GOOD JOB CIRCLE!!!!!

Friendly staff, firm but polite. I had to go all the home to get a piece of paper because they wanted up to date documents, which is fair and valid but was clearly and totally unnecessary.

Regardless, they were following their protocol, which means you can replace the person with a machine so why even have them there?

Kinda late af but I finally purchased a vehicle! I was supposed to buy a car from Circle BMW back in April but they changed the car's price when I got there. But anyways I just want to thank Circle BMW for making me not purchase their 5 series otherwise I wouldn't have been able save up more money and obtain a good deal on a CPO 2014 S4 at the Audi dealership across from them :) . So thank you Circle BMW.

They sold me on tire warranty. Got a flat tire after running over debri in road and they tell me tire is not covered because it is worn. Give me a break. I wonder how many people they pull this scam on.

Excellent service when I went to test drive the car. Salesman, Mike, was very patient and explained how the car worked without being condescending. When I returned to pick up my car, a rep walked me through the car's features and made sure I understood everything he covered.

This is what you expect from a high-end auto dealership-high-end service.

We needed a car for our daughter. We found a pre-owned 328i for a price we could manage. Our salesperson was not pushy, very professional and easy to talk to. He took the stress out of the process.
When we came to pick up the car, everyone, from the people at the desk to the person handling the desk to the specialist who explained the car to our daughter, all were courteous, attentive and helpful.

I rented a 328i on our last vacation to Florida, and was impressed enough with the look and performance that I took the next step and visited Circle BMW on a recommendation from my niece, who drives a 328i from the same dealership. My wife and I were introduced to Robert Cavalieri. I now have the car I wanted, in the color that I wanted, at a price that their competitors could never beat. It was an all around excellent experience, and would highly recommend Circle BMW, and Robert, to anyone interested in any of models in the BMW series.

Just drove a new 328ix off the lot and it was a great experience. I went into the dealership with all defenses up waiting for the hard-sell when all I wanted was a test drivethe opposite happened! I was the one trying to leave with the car by the end of the day not the other way around. Top notch service, classy dealership. No pressure at all.go see Korey.
