John Hoagland was our salesman. He did a wonderful job, was very helpful with questions that we had about the car. Handled all the paperwork with our insurance company with the change in vehicle. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. Love the car, a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. Still learning about all that the car and controls do!! It is also a great ride!

This may have been the worse experience I have ever had being in a dealership, let alone a customer service based area!! The "service advisor" was nice at first but then when they couldn't help me he was rude and even told me to go somewhere else to buy a tire if I needed. I said I have ins on my tires and he said someone lied to you, no you don't before even checking the computer!! With my keys dangling as he held them out for me he said in a very low voice o you do!!! It was the most unprofessional experience I had ever had. But the best was when I said I have to get home I have work tomorrow at 630 am he said "I don't know what to tell you". Thumbs up to you, and thanks so much for all your help!! I called my dealership that I bought my car from and they picked up the pieces, no worries! What a terribly bad taste left in my mouth!

I HIGHLY recommend the Gentilini Ford service center. Special thanks to Jeffrey for actually listening to my issue with the truck and considering the research I had done on my own , which helped identify an appropriate solution. Their responsiveness and friendliness are a far cry from other dealerships who blow you off and tell you they can't duplicate the problem after 30 seconds of effort. If you need work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go.

Had a great experience buying my new car. Our salesman, Buster Figarole, listened to what we were looking for in a car and helped us find the perfect car to meet our needs. Never once did we feel rushed to make any decisions. Also like the personal attention from Katie who sits with you to make sure you understand all the functions of the car and the technology that comes in the car. Buster took the time to review our financing options and we left with the confidence of knowing we made the right choice.

SHOUT OUT TO GENTILINI FORD!!!!!

Gentilini Ford is the place to purchase your next vehicle! The family dynamic and values put in place are filtered through all employees. My sales rep was Emil B. who was one of the nicest people I have ever met. From the moment I walked on the lot he was focused on my needs and the type of vehicle I was looking for. He spent many hours with me to make sure I got the right vehicle. At no point did Emil turn the focus on a trade in or trade amount. That was one of the last questions. Emil has great customer service and Gentilini Ford is lucky to have an employee like him.

I would also like to recognize Andy R. and Katie C. who spent some time with me reviewing the truck and finalizing the financing.
