I took advantage of Subaru's excellent vehicle exchange program. I traded up from my 2015 touring Forrester to a 2018 2.5 touring Forrester. My salesman Antonio Guzman made the exchange very easy and quick. The entire staff at Prestige Subaru are great people. This is actually the second time I took advantage of their exchange program. If you have the opportunity to do this I highly suggest you do. You will not be disappointed

This dealership makes an effort to take the frustration out of car buying. My sales person Mary Bevan is someone I would be friends with. Very sincere and caring. Brett and Tony were great with me. I am admittedly a tough customer. Totally exceeded my expectations.

I was initially interested in purchasing the 2.5i Subaru Premium Forrester. Antonio Guzman was my salesman. He reviewed the Premium package, answering my numerous questions. After a brief test drive, my lower back was in pain. Antonio had me adjust the lumbar settings, but it was to no avail. He showed me a 2.5i showroom model which was far more comfortable, stating that he’d have that car ready to drive the next morning. We took another spin Saturday. Antonio was concerned about my back issue. I never felt pressured to buy. He made himself readily available for any additional questions I had. When I was given the trade-in value for my Honda Civic, Antonio acknowledged my need to contact a friend for advice. I would have to state, unequivocally, that my buying experience was most positive. I purchased the ‘2018’ 2.5i showroom model. I had complete trust that Antonio provided me all the necessary information, to be able to make a confident, educated decision in purchasing my car. It’s comforting knowing that Antonio is a reliable, knowledgeable individual with whom I can direct future servicing questions.

I cannot say enough positive things about the Prestige Family. They went out of their way to work with me and I did not feel pressure once (during any of my multiple visits). Damon, Chris, Alex, Brett and the rest of the crew were not only friendly and professional, but showed genuine interest in my needs/concerns and worked with me each step of the way to reach a common ground. I already had been to several Subaru dealers and was feeling disheartened when, as a result of a random phone call, i stumbled upon Brett Harrington and Antonio Guzman. Brett spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me before i even walked in the door. He conveyed a willingness to talk numbers in a direct, honest manner that showed more concern that I not be taken advantage of than whether he sold me a car. I arrived the next day and met with Antonio, who from the start demonstrated a professional and relaxed manner that was both refreshing and knowledgable. He was thorough in explaining the features and financing and allowed me to make a decision without the pressure and circuitous talk that I had experienced elsewhere.
