Service department is clueless how to fix a car. I spend more time there with them trying to figure out what's wrong. I do not recommend buying or servicing your car here. Bought my car here and they have no idea how to fix the problem they caused. And on top of all that, they are not very nice. If you're going to buy or service a car, spend your money someplace where they appreciate you as a customer.
This was my first car buying experience and it couldn’t have been better. I went there looking for a used Mazda CX-5 that I saw online and left with a brand new Mazda 3 Sport Hatchback that was in the showroom. Tim was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process (he even went the extra mile to provide snacks). Staying within my price range was very important for me, and in buying this car, I actually stayed below my price range and got more than I was expecting out of my purchase.
It's a pleasure doing business with Chapman EHT. I always look forward to visiting and working with Bill Kassner and the Chapman Lincoln/Ford folks. Dina Carlino and Tim Griffiths were extremely helpful in helping my wife and I assess our options across the Lincoln and Ford SUV lines. After several test drives and vehicle demos we were thrilled to take delivery of a new 2017 Lincoln MKX. Seamless exchange of our MKC coming off lease and delivery of the new MKX capped off the sales experience. Much thanks to Bill, Dina, Tim and the Chapman team! They went the extra mile to ensure a smooth delivery and sales transaction.
Took car to be serviced, tires to get rotated, etc. They took my lug nuts and tires off, and then called me to charge me 180.00 because they said they were broken and they couldn't put them back on. Ultimately paid 90.00, should have been informed prior to removing tires, or been free, as I had no prior issues with them.
Ben does a great job in their service department! He always makes me feel welcome and makes sure everything is handled promptly.
Sales staff is amazing. Everyone there is great. Not pushy at all. Not like other car dealerships. Highly recommend to all.
Whenever I need my Lincoln serviced I always look for Jeff Tomlin. He is professional and courteous.
He always keeps me informed on the status of the service
Have purchased 4 vehicles and referred 4 people to Dina Carlino. Love working with her. She knows what's available and what you will be happiest with. Dina takes the time to find a fit that's right for you, not try to fit you to the car. Always treated like royalty. Service to back up sales.
Though the service took longer than the amount of time I was informed, everything was done professionally and carefully. The car wash at the end is a nice touch, and worth the extra 20 - 30 minutes wait, if you have the time to allow them to do that.
Alan was amazing. Went in on a Saturday right before closing. Told him what I was looking for and he was more than willing to start going to work on the deal right there. I just moved so I wouldn't be able to come back until the following Tuesday but gave him the green light on the car we found. He and Jeremy (finance guy) had everything ready to go right when I walked in. Sign and drive. Everything was explained with the utmost transparency. Car and dealership were both phenomenal.
PURCHASE: Buying experience was very quick. I walked in, told Dina what I wanted, she took me out to the lot, and the first car I saw I bought. It was exactly what I wanted and I didn't need to look further. The finance process was quick as well. I was out before lunch time on a Saturday! The only thing I wish I had done, was to do more research on bluebook values, and additional costs. When I went to buy the car my payments are now about 30.00 more a month than I can afford. I made it clear when I told them what I was looking for that I had to keep my payments to a certain amount. I can understand if it's about 10.00 more, but 30.00 is a bit much, especially since I am retiring next year and will be on a fixed income. There were so many fees and upcharges for things I never even thought about. That problem is my own fault for not researching more about car buying.
SERVICE: I had my 2014 Escape for two weeks when the check engine light came on and there was a wind tunnel coming from somewhere on the front passenger side. I was really upset, thinking I had bought a lemon. Service was great though (Kevin Rankin). Got me right in, got me a rental and sent me on my way within half an hour. Granted they kept my car a little longer than I anticipated, but I didn't really care because I had a rental. I wanted them to fix it properly and not rush because I was being a pain. I picked the car up yesterday and everything seems to be fine. I thought when I picked the car up I would have to wait at least an hour to process and return the rental; NOPE, I just walked in, gave Kevin the key and he gave me my receipt and told me where my car was. I was shocked.
I know things can change in a heart beat. But for now, I am thrilled with my car and with the whole buying and service experience.
