Bought a used car from here. When I test drove the car everything worked fine. Brought the car home after they "cleaned" the car. GPS stopped working, tires were out of balanced. Took it back that same day and they refused to fix any of my problems. Came back again the next day and talked to their manager Mr. Babar, he said that he would get the problem fixed, and to call him the next day. Called his personal cell and nothing, I called the dealership and left a message, still nothing. Mind you it's been about a week now and still no call. Haven't received my tags for the car or any phone call. I will never buy a car from here again. Every sales person I talked to were disrespectful acted like I was stupid and tried to take advantage of me every chance they got. Wanted me to pay 21.85% when my bank did 4.3%. Crooks behind suits and ties. Going to be contacting the BBB, and reporting them for fraud. When their dealer sticker says the car has GPS and it doesn't is false advertising and fraud. They will be hearing from my lawyer.

Team Nissan provided me with the best dealership experience I’ve had. Their new store is amazing and the staff was great. Chris McCoy and Scott were so personable and easy to work with to get me the perfect car for my needs. I would deffinetly recommend Team Nissan to anyone and will definelty be using

I had a wonderful experience doing business at team Nissan. Chris was more than helpful and he was able to answer all my questions. As well he worked with my budget and provided me with a beautiful car that is better than the car I went in looking for. He put my needs before my want and took care of me. I highly recommend team Nissan to get everything you need in a simple easy and stress free way.

The whole Team Nissan team is amazing but especially Christopher A. McCoy and Scott I wouldn't want to do business with anyone else!! They go above and beyond to get the right deal for you and I will definitely be recommend Team Nissan to all of my friends and family in the future!!

Everyone at Team Nissan was great to deal with. They made the process of trading in an old vehicle and purchasing a new one a complete breeze. I just went back today to get my tags put on and everyone seemed genuinely concerned about how I was liking my new vehicle. I would suggest that everyone go visit Team Nissan in Vineland!

We recently purchased an Armada at Team Nissan. Wow what a great buying experience! In fact it was the best buying experience we've ever had. George, Yasir, and Alicia were very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Brad did a great job explaining the features. My wife typically doesn't like car shopping due to the length of time the process takesno problem since Team dispatched Shawn to bring the paperwork to our house for my wife's signature. Very smooth and transparent process with no drama and no surprises. I'll definitely look to purchase future vehicles at Team!

They had a certain price on the website for weeks. As soon as I asked for more information about the car they raise the car's price over $7,000. When I asked about it they replied to me saying it was a mistake and they're currently fixing all mistakes. I doubt it. There is probably other mistakes out there they still don't know. It's not trustworthy.

Hi!
After reading the reviews and found some deals on their online page, me and my wife decided to drive there. ( it was a rainy day)
Once we got there nobody really came outside, they were watching us from the window, we took a walk and looked around a little than went inside. We were literally standing there for 12-15 minutes and waiting, nobody greeted us or wanted to help.Finally one of the managers stopped.( he was the only helpful person there)
We took two cars for a test drive, they were beaten up, but never mind. ( in the dealership prices are ridiculous, it was 4000$ between the online price and on the sticker there)
Finally we couldn't get the deal done , we made a solid offer with asking for 10% discount,
(for a car which was sitting there for a year)
basically what happened was, they didn't even take it serious and started the walk around.
At this point one guy from the other table came and jump into our conversation, who was silent the whole time, listening , not offering any help before , just like that so 3 of them were standing there explaining why they can't even negotiate the advertised price.
Not a good experience, not a helpful team, except the manager.

We recently traded in our Nissan Versa for an upgrade and was very pleased with the buying experience. The staff was attentive, and made the process seamless and as quick as possible. I got a fantastic price on our new car and a very reasonable price for our trade. Looking forward to working with Team Nissan in the future!
