I just had a great experience with Kevin Franco and Glenn Falvey at BMW Turnersville. Glenn was helpful, communicative, patient and extremely knowledgeable about all of the BMW options. Excellent experience as a first time BMW buyer. Loved the dealership, the test track and the unbelievable sales experience with Christian Talamini. I went in very unsure of what I was looking for and he helped find exactly what I needed. Very easy to deal with. Christian went above and beyond he took the time to educate me about the vehicle. Absolutely zero sales pushiness treated me like a friend. Best car buying experience I've ever had thanks to Christian. I would highly recommend and will come back for the next BMW!

I first made the mistake by going to Holman because they are close to me and I purchased three other BMW's in the past so I thought I established a relationship with them. Holman quoted me a new X5 Lease, I told the salesman that I was going to Turnersville to compare and he told me to enjoy the ride. When I walked into Turnersville I met Herb for the first time. His first offer was lower than Holman with no haggle. I then asked Herb if he could do better and he did. I then signed the paperwork and drove away with the car. It was the identical car if you are wondering. See Herb if you are planning a visit.

My recent purchase was just over a week ago and this is my third purchase from this dealership. My intention was to upgrade my car at the end of this year but coincidentally my Client Advisor, Robert Rose, reached out to me to see how things were going. I explained how I was going to call later in the year and what I would be looking for. He listened to and made a suggestion of a SUV, sent me the online application and maybe a half hour later he called asking what time could I get there to pick up my new car. Mr. Rose greeted me at the door and was very attentive during my short stay while the paper work was being finalized and my car was being detailed. Mr. Rose, as with my previous purchases, sat in the car going over all the bells and whistles this car has to offer. There were follow-up emails and text of congratulations from Mr. Rose. I highly recommend this dealership and especially I recommend my Client Advisor (extraordinaire) Mr. Robert Rose.
