My Experience was great. Everything was explained to me and the customer service was excellent. My purchase process was so smooth. Left with a beautiful Civic and Keith Appelbaum my salesman was great!

I recently bought a new 2018 Honda Civic hatchback and while I love the car, the service was extremely rushed. Nothing is explained to you when going over the 5,000 packages they offer, nobody was capable of showing me the features of the car, and even the "detail" job was rushed. When I buy a brand new car I at least expect it to be cleaned like it's a brand new car.
Their selection is great if you are looking for automatics. If you want a manual, like me, you're going to have slim pickings.
I'd recommend it if you are in the area because they have a cool test track, but otherwise you can probably find the same service and cars at any other Honda dealership.response / report this review -

ALWAYS give a call prior to showing up! Christine and the whole internet department went above and beyond to make my experience easy! She confirmed availability of my vehicle of interest and explained the process to me. My sister purchased her first vehicle from Honda of Turnersville and was completely satisfied from beginning to end. Dan, her salesman, was a great guy along with Will in the Finance department. Honda of Turnersville is where it's at!!! REMEMBER call Christine and schedule an appointment before going in!!!!

Lou S. (Sorvali? in sales) and Michael (financing - I think that was his name) we're amazingly nice, helpful and patient with all my many questions. They made the purchase process easy and straightforward, and I have NO DOUBT we got the best deal. And that's coming from someone who's pretty skeptical about the car-buying process. Just a great experience! If you're in the market for a Honda, Lou's your guy.

I chose Honda of Turnersville for my first car buying experience and it was extremely positive. Lou was awesome and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of once by anyone, which is something I was concerned about going into it. I got to test drive a few models of the car I chose and the entire process from that to final price, signing, payment and detail was 3 hours tops. Was NOT expecting it to be as quick as it was. Couldn't be happier and for all people buying their first car, you can trust them!

I just had the best car buying experience here yesterday and I have been through this process about 15 times. I put my final information in before I came in, but the service at the facility was fast, polite and had their minds on what I was personally looking for. They did not try to pressure me into something higher and tried to find the best value for what I wanted to spend. Thanks so much to Christine and Kevin! Awesome experience.

I love shopping here for my vehicle. The sales rep was awesome. Very nice guy got me into the right car for me and my family. I also come back here once in a while to get my car serviced. The service team is outstanding. I come her for the certified expert that you can't get at most mom and pop shops. (I really just come for the recommendation of work that needs to be done and do what I can by myself or take it to local shop for the cheaper price😅) But for all warranty relate stuff I come here and get the job done right!

Brought a new car from Scott. No pressure throughout the process, allowed some negotiating, finance person friendly and without any incident. Brought back a week later to get registration, friendly greeting, replaced a missing tire valve cap quickly.

The employees of Honda in Turnersville provided excellent service. We are not easy customers and they really went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. Everyone from the sales associates, managers and detailing made us feel valued as customers. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Had a great experience buying my car from Honda of Turnersville. Frank Stella was my salesperson and he was very knowledgeable about Hondas, including all of the technology upgrades. I had been car shopping for a few months and found myself exhausted by pushy, slippery and/or uninformed salespeople. I wasn't 100% sure whether I wanted a new or used car, and I wasn't committed to buying on the day that I walked into the Turnersville Honda showroom to test drive vehicles. But after many weeks of looking, I called Frank when I was ready to buy (in late December) and he gave me a very good price for a new 2016 (since they already had 2017s on the lot). I called a few other dealers after getting Frank's quote, and one dealer reluctantly offered to match the price, another offered to go $200 lower than Frank's offer, and a third dealer told me that his dealership would not even match the price, and that I had gotten a good deal. Frank was great, very helpful before and after buying my car. I text and/or call him to ask questions like, "How do I play the radio when the car is turned off?" and "Where is the rear wiper control?" and he always responds promptly . I would recommend Turnersville Honda if you want straight talk, decent prices and informed salespeople without the haggle.

I recently purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V with the help of Frank Stella. Frank was so down to earth and made the process stress free and enjoyable. He was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. (Thanks for being patient, Frank!) He has been great with follow up - asking me how my new car is, if I have any additional questions etc. Overall it was a great experience and highly recommend Honda of Turnersville & Frank Stella if your looking for your next car!

I had such a great experience purchasing my Honda CRV. Janeen was AWESOME. She is so genuine and really helped me decide on which car I wanted to buy. Janeen and Matt made the purchasing experience (which can normally be stressful) very easy and pain free. Janine who helped us sign all the paperwork was awesome as well. Honda in Turnersville has a great team of people working for them. I would recommend them to anyone!
