very bad experince. i had to move in an emergency situation. they would not let me close my account. i did not have the ability to jump through the hoops they wanted from me. they charged me $10 a month to hold my account open for a full year plus more,. finally i got everything they wanted and mailed it. they claimed they did not receive it. it cost me $12 for everything they wanted including notary and whatnot. i paid for all that again after paying for the account to be open another 2 months and finally got the account closed . it cost me about $200 for an account i never used.
