  I booked a table for 17 people for Christmas day 2018 in April 2017 - 8 months in advance. I called just to reconfirm the time in mid-November 2017. They had no record of our booking but the person I spoke to said she remembered us calling to book (I'm British so apparently the accent and party size were memorable). I spoke to 3 different people and was told a manager would call me back in 2 hours. A week later no one had called so I called again and was put through to the Sales and Marketing person which went to voicemail. I left a message explaining my frustration. No response. Called AGAIN 3 days later, explained everything was ASSURED we would get a call back on Monday and that they would sort things out. It's now Tuesday. NOTHING. So I have 17 people on Christmas day to cook for when we had wanted to go out. I've never even eaten at Spruce Farm and Fish but having read the reviews and had this experience, I don't think I even want to..

  I've been warned not to order seafood out west, but this place does it right! The salmon was delicious, presentation was on point, and ambiance was cozy and intimate. Our waitress was a sweetheart too.

  I loved this restaurant. We stayed at the hotel and ate here twice (late dinner and then lunch). This is a farm-to-table type of place and is fantastic (I'm a very picky eater, haha). Highly recommend their housemade clam chowder. The hand-crafted cheeseburgers are amazing too. Everything was delicious, service was really great too (extra thanks to our server Nick K.).

  Absolutely horrible and inattentive service. Sat without water for over half an hour and took an hour to get our appetizers and first drink. Food was ok but definitely wasn't worth the frustration. Even more infuriating is that they said they would take the first drinks off the tab and it ended up getting charged anyway. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

  Don't come if you are brown of any type- Walked in, no one asked how many no one moved to seat us in the almost barren restaurant.there was only 1 difference between us and the rest of the patrons

  Poor inattentive service by waiter - who may have been new? Starters came before my glass of wine was delivered. Perhaps (?) due to bar area in restaurant being closed offbut still. This was on a quiet eve, not busy at all.

  I used to go to Happy Hour here and the Nachos used to be legit they were huge with tons of chicken and chips,real cheese,salsa,guacamole, the works!!! Well I had Nachos this evening and they were worse than Taco Bell's plus they were nine bucks with the serving size for one!

  I went here for brunch with a group of people. We all thought that the food was good, but none of us were especially happy with the variety of options. The brunch dishes seemed pretty generic (good, but generic). I had been here for brunch a long time ago and remember the food being more interesting. The others in my group who had been there agreed.

  I ordered the 6 ounce filet mignon.my steak was at best 3.5 ounces. Small portions of side vegetable. So for the price, I was extremely disappointed.
  
  The waitstaff were nice but we had to wait for many items & flag them down for drinks, etc. I think they need more staff.
  
  I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

  A great place for a meal! I went as part of a group of 10 and we were all thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our meal. We ordered burgers, steaks, and fish and everyone was quiet when the food came. A great sign! Service was excellent as well. The place isn't cheap, but it delivers.
