I found my new favorite place to dine in Colorado. I just spent this past week at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. On the way home I took my guest to see the flat irons and have lunch at the Chautauqua Dining Hall. The service and food were absolutely extraordinary! I ordered the duck crepe which was out of this world! Far superior to anything I ate at the Broadmoor! What a pleasant surprise. :-)

The setting was obviously attractive. We sat on the patio overlooking open space. The service was good. I ordered the Salmon Burger. The ingredients were fine and the flavors were wonderful with a chef touch to them. It was a little more bread than I wanted. And I would have preferred it to be whole grain or multi grain bread instead. I would have also liked to get some tartar sauce with my meal. But it was a satisfying dining experience and I felt I got good value as it was affordable too. My burger was only $12. I feel it is a place I would like to frequent.

It's okay. The food is good, but for Boulder, that's a C+. The view from the outdoor tables on the porch is really nice - makes it worthwhile to come here for brunch or dinner, if the weather is good (not too windy or cold).

Happy Hour selections were excellent, with several vegetarian options. They have very few beers on tap (6?) but I tasted three of them and really liked all three, which is unusual because I'm a very picky beer drinker (not a beer lover in general). I was there with a large group from work and the staff treated us extremely well. We were seated in a nice area of the porch (east side) and it was really pleasant. I subtracted a star because of the high prices, but I'll definitely be back - soon.

Food was amazing, 5 stars! Service was great and efficient, but not necessarily a standout among other top Boulder restaurants.

Here's what left me with a sour taste: when trying to plan a meal for a large party, the staff acted aloof and had the attitude that we were doing them a disservice.

After that conversation, I decided to take our large party elsewhere but was convinced to stay on board by a family member.

Our dining experience was excellent. Shout out to the awesome staff who pulled it off. The day of our dinner, a kind manager made sure we had everything we needed and assured us we could all be seated together.

That said, I wouldn't return with a sizable party because of our initial experience trying to reserve a large table.

I really liked the tofu scramble a lot and they even had almond milk or soy as an option instead of dairy! I have taken out dairy completely from my diet and was thinking I would have no options yet I did!

We went there for dinner. The grounds were nice and afforded a nice after dinner walk. The servers were very speedy. I had the black forest cocktail, which was tasty. I had the bison burger, which was outstanding.

The food is fresh and perfectly prepared. The staff is friendly and appear happy to be there, typically will easily chat with you about the history of the buildings and the area. A nice, relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. Good place to go when you are looking for someplace out of the ordinary.

Perfect place to take family from out of town to see the Flat Irons while they are still adjusting to the alitude. Great for all ages. The kitchen is run by the same farm (3leaf) as Dushanbe and Leaf, so the food is fresh and yummy. They also have a great happy hour from 3-6. Outdoor seating as well as cozy fireplace seating inside.

Absolutely delicious food delivered with exceptional service. The wine and cocktails are great and now there's Happy Hour going on too! Such great place to unwind by the fireplace(s) and have a cappuccino or brunch with friends or recharge after an intense hike. I love taking my family here when they come to visit, it never lets me down.

They were able to accommodate our baby stroller on the patio and were super polite and accepting of our family. The views can go without saying as being stunning and peaceful. I thought the food portion was a bit small for the price but the flavor and quality of the food made up for it. Will come back (soon!) for brunch as we only tried dinner.
