Spruce Confections is a local staple as a bakery. Even if you have never been to Spruce Confections, chances are you have had the cookies, pastries, or scones at one of the many local cafes that carry their baked goods. Spruce Confections, if you are listening, bring back the pecan bar, it was one of my favorite baked goods ever!

Not much of a coffee person but this place has the best quiche and breakfast sandwiches of all time. My favorites are usually without meat, but all of them are really good. Also, the orange juice is the best I have ever had, and I am even from FL!

My favorite pastries are the croissants, coffee cakes, scones, and danishes. My go-to indulgent drink is the spruce juice (an iced coffee-based drink), but I also like their spiced Chai on a cold day. I'll frequently get their pre-packaged salads for lunch. Other offerings include quiche, sandwiches, soups, cookies, and more.

Best Coffee House in North Boulder! Super service and great people too. Incredible confections for the sweet tooth. Seating both indoors and outside - nice patio or sidewalk tables. I would highly recommend and will be back myself many times.

This is one of the best little coffee spots in town! Their pastries are wonderful and displayed beautifully and their chai is outstanding. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 is because they are consistently tardythey open at 6:30 however the doors usually open at 6:35. or later!

I get my coffee and espresso shots here almost every day. Pastries are always excellent as well, and the staff are very pleasant.

The pastries are exquisite! The coffee is well made but, the workers are the best. We arrived early one morning and were treated to free coffee! That was a rare amount of hospitality which we greatly appreciated. This place is special!
