Overall; delicious! I am a little jaded because the waiter failed to ask me if I wanted another beverage after removing my empty.. Almost seems like personal beef. It was delicious though.

went for Boulder Bites special. Service began well but diminished as restaurant got busier. Crab cake was really good, buratta appetizer was a large serving. Both of us had the short rib which was tender but lacking in flavor depth - mostly with 'gravy', Within the hour and luckily we live nearby, I was violently ill, and within 5 hours my partner more so.

Not good for takeout. Server who put our order together was disorganized and kinda rude. Food didn't taste very good, and the portion sizes seemed small for the amount we paid.

This is my 2nd try at bacco tratoria. The food was late, the pizza cold and service bad. The are so consistent in a bad experience. Don't waste your money here.

This restaurant is amazing. We came with a large party and had several of the happy hour tapas so we got to try many different items. Specifically the scampetti, which is basically shrimp Scampi without the pasta, was the best shrimp I've ever had. We also had the asparagus wrapped in proscuitto and a plate of the buffalo mozzarella and both were quite delicious. In addition, I had a Moscow mule which was very tasty. They have great prices for what you are getting, especially during hour which is between 4pm-6pm. I highly recommend Bacco.

The best happy hour menu!
However I would have to admit to being disappointed with the service three visits now. Seems there is constant turnover here unfortunately.
The food is consistent more so than the table service.

The food during happy hour is one of the best deals in Boulder. The service is great and the dishes are very well executed. I would say 5 stars but last time I went the hostess was rude, which tainted an otherwise great experience.
