Stayed for 2 nights at the Cassa hotel over Christmas. The staff was attentive and friendly. I have high standards for hospitality and professionalism and everyone I interacted with in this hotel met these standards. Edlira, the sales coordinator, was exceptionally helpful and professional. The building was clean and modern. The only thing they could improve on is the breakfast. It was generally lukewarm both times we had it, but it was still delicious.

High marks for the friendly and professional staff. The room and bathroom was modern and clean upon arrival. Above all else, the location of the hotel was perfect for us. Close enough to everything, but far enough to avoid the chaos. We were perfectly placed within 2 blocks away from Time Square, Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, the New York City Public Library and Grand Central!

Staying at the Aria I figured I’d try this place because it’s in the same building. I also assumed because it was in the Aria it would be good however I was wrong.

Probably the worst breakfast I’ve had on my three week trip to the states.

Poached eggs were so watery they came in a small bowl, when I tired to get them out they popped mixing the yolk with the water in the bottom.

Their version of sourdough bread wasn’t anything like any sourdough I’ve previously had. It was more like regular bread.

Their coffee wasn’t great either. All in all I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The only reason they get two stars is because of the friendly staff, location and cleanliness.

This hotel was fantastically placed for a tourist trip to New York City. It is only a block away from Times Square. It's on the same street as the United Nations, and just 5 streets from Radio City Music Hall. The Hotel is extremely comfortable. The rooms are furnished with a fridge (extremely useful!) while there are no Tea/Coffee making facilities in the rooms there is free Tea & Coffee available in the foyer.
The Hotel even supply a free to use umbrella!
The Hotel left us a pair of cupcakes and a nice card to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary - a very nice touch.
On leaving they were able to arrange a car that took us directly to the airport which arrived on time and was a flat rate.
Overall an excellent experience in New York!

Very beautiful hotel. Very comfortable room with nice bed. Big room compared with others in Times Square area. Excellent place and near to every things. Just few minutes of walking to reach the famous Times Square. Have nice restaurant and Gym. Nice staff and very helpful and always smiling. One of the best in Manhattan.

Rooms are modest, at least mine was, but very comfortable and large bathroom! Comfy bed was easy to sleep on. Great area. Pleasant staff!

$500 a night suite. Service is more par with Motel 6.
Requested early check-in and the room was not ready when we arrived. They took our contact info and said they would call when the room was available. They never called, we just showed back up and asked about it to be told it had been ready for over an hour.
Went over 30 hours (2 days 1 night) without anyone cleaning the room. Called when I got back to the room at midnight to complain and they sent up a man to change the sheets?
The refrigerator in the room does not work so now the food I have put in there is spoiled and smells.
There is no trash can or trash chute so this room is just piling with trash without janitorial services.
The room is very well decorated and decently sized, but the actual service provided by the hotel is a joke.

Johnathon and James greeted us with a smile. Took care of all our requests. Johnathon even remembered my name the next morning at checkout. Definitely a place I would go back to. Room was clean and spacious for NYC!

Location can't be beat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and the showers maintain good pressure and temperature.

The rooms are comfortably appointed with good beds, USB charging points, and a generously sized bathroom (an area often compromised on in hotel rooms in Manhattan). For what you get, and the central location, the value for money is high. Being so close to Times Square may be seen as a detracting factor by some as the neighbourhood is a bit of a tourist trap but it does locate you centrally for various daily activities and there is a Wholefoods nearby.

I had a single night stay and found the staff, room, and location exceeded expectations. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It's a short walk to Times Square, Rockefeller, and Broadway theaters, while not being loud at night when you're trying to sleep. Free gym and wifi, however, the wifi isn't secured, so not as safe a connection.

Nice hotel, with friendly staff and great location.
They were able to accommodate our early check-in, without any issues.
The rooms are cozy and updated. The only downside, the rooms are dark. There is not enough lighting.
