Great hotel with arguably better location than the park Hyatt. Bryant park is right outside, time square is down the street as is Grand Central station. Truly connected to all parts of the city through mta. The staff are friendly with generous amenities

A beautiful hotel! Awesome maid service. Unfortunately the local maitre D's down below we're not always the best of help. For the money that you paid per night? I really expected more.

Excellent location, excellent service. Rooms are a great size for NYC. Very clean. Contemporary and modern. Would stay again. The one and only thing which was a little weird was that you can't identify who the staff are. Even if they wore a badge to say they staff would be good. Everything else is brilliant

Upscale boutique hotel. Stayed in king bed for few nights. The only thing that bothered me was the garbage truck outside at night. I had a bit of hard time falling asleep because of that noise until 3 am. They did have earplug. Everything else was great and I would definitely come back.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel. Breakfast was phenomenal. Our only complaint was that the decor was very dark black walls, lots of glass. The room and hallways were dark as was the bar area in the basement. We'd prefer the bright an airy feel. The over sized shower was a real treat, but it was difficult to regulate the water temperature. Regardless, we would highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

Service was generally pretty good. Breakfast was very good. Room was as expected in NYC. Hotel was pretty modern. Had an issue with the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night (false alarm fortunately). Besides that though, I thought it was generally pretty good.

It's a Hyatt, and probably the second best Hyatt in the city. Lots of well appointed, large suites, some with balconies even. Free wine happy hour. Amazing breakfast. You get what you pay for, it's a great place. Just note that sometimes the front desk staff forgets that they're in the hospitality business but that's NY

Wonderful little boutique hotel - cool room design, great midtown location. Free wine and beer every evening. Great, helpful staff.

This place is nice. The location is obviously excellent. However . the staff need to up their game! Our arrival was very bland they didn't even notice us walk in. We weren't told about the free wine hours until our last day there. They had no coffee making facilities in the room and the reaction time for room service is slow. It's nice though (and as it should be for the rates).

The entrance is sophisticated yet casual. The room has high ceilings, glass accents, and a hideaway shower/washroom. Service is fantastic. Onsite bar is comfortable and the drinks are really well made. Michael at the front desk is very accommodating and a treat to talk to :)

I only spent a night there, the Rooms were excellent and clean. The shower being open created a mild flooding in the bathroom, but that is how they designed it. The conference room gave a some to be desired, it took them quite some time to configure a presenters computer to their system. The food was fine and the staff was exceptionally courteous. I would recommend it and I would stay there again if needed.

Classy eccentric hotel. Large rooms and very clean. Lighting could be better but I was only there to sleep! Oh wait, I also ate at the restaurant in the lobby. The chef was accommodating with altering a dish for me, and I ended up getting something unique! The whole menu is a bit expensive.
