Service is terrible and slow. For the price and the walk to get here I wouldn’t recommend t to anyone. It’s situated off the path and not worth it.

Came here for a networking event. The view is phenomenal up here!!

Offered sushi, American and an everything Truffle stations. It was an open bar and the staff didn’t skimp on the liquor.

Up to the par, 5 stars international Mandarin Oriental chain would not disappoint you.

Stayed for 3 nights, very impressed especially with a spa!! Great prime location, close to everything.

Pretensious, obnoxious, not the place for a walk in hoping to have a drink. The view is lovely but the people aren't. This is one of those places that makes you feel like the last thing they want to do is serve you in any way.

I had a tour of this property last year and it was very, very beautiful!!! This is a high end luxury hotel and everything speaks excellence as you entered.

Very classy hotel, located in the middle of Columbus circle. I was here for dinner and the view was spectacular. The hotel is very high end, and the restaurant was amazing. If I was visiting the city, I would definitely be interested in spoiling myself by staying here.

These people take customer service to another level. Came to drink in their bar a dozen times, service and drinks were unmatched every single time. Worth every single penny.

Beautiful and accommodating hotel. Highly recommend staying here. Great fitness center and large indoor pool. Love the lounge at teatime and Asian breakfasts. Great views since the hotel starts on the 35th floor.

The Mandarin Oriental exudes class. The location and views over Central Park are exceptional. Staff are professional and courteous, anticipating needs before they are mentioned and always with understated Asian politeness. The food provided for our catered event was remarkable in presentation and quality, and our event - a farewell following a month long journey - left a lasting impression with our clients. Rooms are nicely appointed and feature stunning Park or Harbor views. We look forward to returning for similar functions, knowing our needs will be well met.
