Excellent car buying experience! Mark was outstanding, very professional, no hard sell and trustworthy. He went the extra mile and reason I drove to Tuscaloosa from Hoover. Better price and far better customer service! I highly recommend Carlock and will be back when car shopping again.

I recieved one of those promotional lottery like scratch off cards in the mail. I thought it was a genuine thing. I scratched off the circle on card and it appeared that I had won a ligit prize worth a few bucks. I called the dealer. Of course they said to bring in which I did. When I got there I was immediately greeted by a sales person. He then wanted me to answer some very personal questions ie ss number ,address,birthdate ,personal income!! I kept asking why and about the prize that I supposed to have won. He kept giving me a run around the issue and that I had not won that particular prize. He said he had to give my info to manager and they would cantact me later on. I than asked for my personal info back and left. Very dishonest!! Avoid at all costs!!

Very customer friendly and caring. I always get quality service with a smile and quickly! I'm a little disappointed that the staff is new every time I visit, cause it's hard to establish an ongoing relationship when they change personnel so often. I also wish they would bring VW back!

After examining the internet, I have found a website that works for everyone! The most user accessible shopping website I (and many of my peers) have ever used! Entering the page is a true feeling of relief as I know I am in control. After searching for a minimal amount of time I was able to find the automobile that has seemed to evade me at my every turn. Finding the car so quickly was exasperating, I had doubts that it was too good to be true. I called the support desk to be further informed about this hidden gem. To my surprise, the customer service seemed to top their already astounding website. I am happy to say that this is not just one of the best car services I have ever seen but, one of the best services in general! I highly recommend it!
