Service department is very efficient. I have not had a problem getting a loaner. Dustin Smith is very good at communicating what needs to be done and keeping you up to date. Very happy to have him as my service advisor.

I highly rate the entire staff at Lexus of Birmingham especially especially sales rep Joe Zegarelli in sales his assistant Caleb and Chris Jones in financing. I flew in from Houston to pick up a new Lexus LC500 to purchase and drive back to Texas. Awesome customer service great price and great car. Best Car buying experience ever hands down. Joe was especially awesome with his knowledge of the new LC500 and all its features. He is very personable and would definitely buy again from despite the distance from Houston to Birmingham.

I received a great experience at Lexus Birmingham from the time I pulled up on the lot until the time I left. I was greeted by all types of workers from men that services the cars to salesmen and coffee makers. I had several questions about different parts for my car and the young lady that work the parts counter was very knowledgeable and was great with follow up. I would also like to thank Dustin and the young man that provided me my loaner for the Awesome customer service they provided. They almost made want to buy a new car!!!! 😊

We were met just upon driving to the Service Department for a scheduled maintenance. The person was very courteous. He collected all the necessary information and asked if there was anything else we needed done. Then we were consulted by one of the service distributors who again went over the prescribed maintenance needed. The visit was within the expected time frame. Another issue with the vehicle came up during a routine inspection and the issue was dealt with promptly and professionally. We could not have asked for a better experience. We did not stay in the waiting area as we had other errands to run. But note that the waiting area is very, very nice. A very awesome experience.

My husband and I had an absolutely great experience here. We traded in a vehicle and purchased a used car. Our salesman, Cliff, was incredibly helpful and kind and Tina in financing was amazing; they both went above and beyond for us. No pressure, nice atmosphere, and a great team. Cannot recommend enough.

Hands down, best buying experience of my life! I walked in with an idea of what I wanted. He took me around and sat me in different cars asking me what I liked about each one, then he took me to the car that had everything I had asked for in the previous cars that I liked. I must say Robert Cunningham was very helpful and patient with me in answering all of my questions about my new Lexus. I would highly recommend getting your Lexus at Lexus of Birmingham They have plenty of options and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Replacement of defective Tacata passenger airbag. First notified over 1.5 years ago. Called dealership multiple times re eta of parts. Finally dealer received. Said they notified us to schedule repair but only found out about when I called again to inquire. After all that the process of scheduling and replacement went very smoothly. Appreciated the "loaner" car while repair done. Satisfied.

The service at Lexus of Birmingham is top 10 in my book. The time that the salesmen spend with you to make sure you get exactly what you need and want is amazing. I felt well taken care of. My service rep is Ms. Charlotte. She is the nicest, kindest, most helpful person on staff. I always look forward to seeing her smiling face. She always addresses all of my concerns & gets them handled quickly & professionally. Everyone is polite and professional. Recommend them highly.
