I love my new truck but they do not keep their word about the referral bonus you get. There is rules they don’t tell you about 1st they person you refer can not ever have been a customer 2nd they have to used the same sales person. When i brought my truck I was telling a friend he went up there and brought a new truck too. He salesman asked why he came to look for a new truck he told his salesman about me. His salesman told him I would get $100 for telling him and my friend buying the truck. My friend came to work and told me it. I called and they told me yes I would be getting a check in a couple of weeks. I called to day and was told no that my friend had brought from them before and he didn’t use the same salesman. I can tell them I will never buy for them again. I have brought my last four cars from them but not again because I can’t stand to be lied to. It is really not about the hundred dollars but that I lied to.
Such a wonderful experience! I thought I would be forced into buying something that they picked or want to sell. I thought I would be hounded by an over bearing sells rep and his eagerness to please his boss. I got none of that. From the time I arrived everyone was super pleasant no one hovered over me. Everything was explained in great detail. I was shown the cars I was interested in and cars similar to what I wanted. Brody my salesman was above and beyond awesome! He and the rest of the staff worked together to get me in the car I wanted. The best deal ever!!! Everyone should go there for a wonderful and pleasant experience. Thank you guys for everything!!😄
Very friendly and helpful. I bought a Lincoln MKS in the Atlanta area a few days prior to my visit and I did not realize that one of my remote starters had a low battery. Rocky replaced the battery quickly and had me on my way. Even though I was driving a different vehicle that day, the battery was covered under the warranty and Rocky trusted me to call him with the VIN and mileage. I am definitely trusting them to service my Lincoln.
My car broke down close to the exit on the Interstate. Autonation was about a mile away from where I was. I needed a place to tow my car so I called them a few minutes before closing. Thay offered to wait for me. Their consideration of me was so good I decided to go ahead and buy a car. Brody Walker was my awesome salesman. Not once did he try to rush me even though they were closed. 3 hours later I drove away in our new car. Thanks Autonation
Had a great, no-hassle experience at Autonation of Ft. Payne. They delivered on all they promised. Our salesman, Colton, and the rest of the staff were very professional and friendly. I would buy from them again!
I have purchased two cars at Autonation Ford Fort Payne. Their prices can't be beat, along with great customer service, and attention to detail. Just stop by and check out their great selection of vehicles, take a test drive, and see what they can do for you - that is what I did and I am VERY pleased!!!
Wonderful experience with the folks at Autonation Ft. Payne. Drove 111 miles one way to do business with these folks and do not regret it at all! Came home with our new vehicle feeling like it was time well spent and even enjoyed! Thanks Richard Reed and Brody and all of the folks at Ft. Payne autonation.******Unfortunately, I have to make an edit to my original post. 4 trips back and forth to Ft. Payne to try to resolve issues that should have been resolved before the vehicle was sold to us. I replaced the battery the fist week of ownership, that was okay, I didn't balk that. Next week find our CD player does not work on radio. Come back in and let them change out radio with another on lot. Meantime, brakes are making a noise. Appointment made and drive the 111 miles on Saturday morning to have problem fixed. Get there to find out that car they were to switch radios with had been sold and no one had notified the service dept so we were not notified. Had to struggle to get brakes fixed even though they had noted on pre-sale inspection that there was a problem. Fixed brakes and had to get back to us on radio. Again, the next week discovered that no heat on right hand side of car including defroster. Finally, after fussing that I should not have to pay a diagnosis fee, on final trip radio and heat was fixed. Service department was good but could only do as sales allowed. Sales department left us with the impression that they wanted to wash their hands of the problems we inherited and had to be pushed. Would not buy here again.
Outstanding customer service from the start of the sale to the close of the sale. Richard Reed is a go to salesperson. All of the team at Autonation Ft. Payne were very respectful and paid attention to detail. Highly recommended place to purchase a vehicle
Great experience! My wife and I just bought a used 2014 Hyundai Tuscon a few days ago from Autonation Ford of Ft. Payne and it went very smooth. We drove 190 miles one-way to check out this SUV. Our salesman was Ozzy and he did such a great job answering all our questions. If he didnt know an answer to our question- he would get one. My 2 year old daughter was with us and he went out of his way to make her feel comfortable while we went through the process. We followed up with Brody who kept the buying experience going great. We love our new ride and appreciate all the great people at Autonation of Ft. Payne. Highly recommended!

After wasting at least 7 hours of my time with 3 kids having to sit there as well, they tried to sell me a 2 year old "new" car that was only worth $17000 for almost $26000 only to tell me they didn't have an actual approval like they said they had. After all this they refused to honor the internet price. Then I went to another dealership and was in and out with my new car in under 4 hours. Auto Nation will rob you blind if you let them.
Drove to Auto nation on a Saturday morning just to look at a vehicle about two weeks ago. Pulled into the parking lot and my wife said "I love that ford edge"! A sale man was walking out the door toward us as we drove over to the Ford edge. I told the sales person name Cameron mystery wife loved the Ford edge. I told him my credit situation which was not the best by any means. He said let's test drive it and then if you like it we will see what we could do. Of course my wife loved it even more. We went inside where we meet Dan and he and Cameron had us driving the Ford Edge out of the parking lot within about two hours. Full of gas and cleaned up. I would recommend anyone going by Auto nation and let Cameron and Dan put you in the ride of your dreams. Thanks a lot guys!!!!
Jeff, Wayne, and the team at Autonation Ford went above and beyond for me with the purchase of my new to me used truck. Not only did they take the time to email back and forth getting the correct information and pricing together for me. But they hand delivered the truck to me almost 5 hours away from their location. When a couple problems arose from the vehicle that was out of their hands, they immediately took action to get the problems resolved and did so faster than I could of imagined. Thanks again to Jeff for excellent communication and the sale of the truck, Wayne for excellent delivery of the truck, and everyone else that helped put the deal together.
Above average for a car salesman. Friendly. They stayed open late just for me. Gave me the car to drive home, which was 90 miles, and then brought the final paper work to my house. Very pleased with Victor and Wendell. But I did not give a 5 star rating because there is always room for improvement.
Purchased a VW from Autonation. Initially, all went well I was promised a second key with the vehicle and was told it would be shipped to me. A few weeks go by and I didn't hear anything, so I call the dealership and speak with the GM (Greg Anthony) and he tells me that I will get another key if he has to purchase it out of his own pocket. I've now had the car for 3 months and still haven't received a key. I sell cars for a living (obviously not at this dealership) and when I make a promise to my customers, I follow through! I would not recommend doing business with this shady dealership! If there were a "zero star" rating, that is what this dealership would receive in my opinion. Sadly, this is over a key that would cost them $200. I have never seen a company with such poor customer service. I lost count of the callbacks that I was supposed to received and never did. UPDATE- still no response and now I get endless calls and emails to do business with their service department who has thoroughly messed my mothers NEW Ford up really, the biggest joke I've ever seen!
