Had a good experience all around, Jonathan Yale who I dealt with in sales was outstanding and very knowledgeable. All the cars shown were clean and in good condition. Was an easy purchase and enjoyable. Car educator Isaac was patient and we had a good time exploring all the options. Feel like I am ready to drive.

Amazing doesn’t even cover it! No pressure and team really listens to what you need. We were able to call Jonathon in sales and be in possession of the vehicle that fit our needs in just a few hours. We’ve bought two vehicles in the last 6 months from here and couldn’t be happier. Dependability and prices are what keeps us coming back. Would recommend to anyone in search of a vehicle!

I've never been to a car lot like Donohoo. From the time I arrived until I left my experience was amazing. My salesmen Tre Anger was awesome. The receptionist Monica was very pleasant and helpful. There was also a gentlemen named Tyler that walked around and made sure you had water. He was very attentive to everyone. I would recommend them to the world if I could. Awesome lot!!!!!!

Our first time here at Donohoo and it was an amazing experience. Everyone was super nice and always willing to help. Love the no pressure sales. From start to finish each department we’re awe and very knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends..

Working with Donohoo in Pelham was a great experience. I've dealt with 4 or 5 dealerships in my life, and Donohoo was easily the most customer friendly (efficient, good communication, simple process, honest/transparent). On top of that, I found the price I paid to be reasonable based on similar comparisons in the area. Also, their test drive process is the best around: select some vehicles from their computer terminals; they pull the cars around one at a time; you ride solo at your leisure; when you get back, the next vehicle is waiting for you.

Phenomenal car buying experience! Jim Hardy was polite, responsive, helpful and honest! I got a more than fair price, quick service and had customer service follow up a few days after making sure everything was going well. The building was also clean, organized and professional looking as well as all of the employees. The details of their customer service and customer focused approach are absolutely noticed. Zero problems with my experience.

Excellent customer service! No pressure which makes the looking and buying process much more enjoyable. We were able to test drive as many cars as we liked to help make our decision. We walked away after extensive research with a great deal! Definitely recommend Donohoo Auto LLC and we will use them in the future.

Best car buying experience ever! Thank you Jonathon, Christopher, Trey, & Becky. We found the perfect vehicle online and handled everything over the phone. When we arrived, they picked us up at the airport and the vehicle was everything we hoped it would be. No price haggling, no pushy sales people, & a huge inventory. We highly recommend Donohoo Auto.

The team at Donohoo was outstanding. My husband and I appreciated that we could take the car out for a test drive on our own. The staff were all knowledgeable and very polite. No pushy salepeople here! It made the whole car-buying experience enjoyable instead of a headache. They took the time to explain all of the features of the car after they cleaned it and filled the tank- and we were on a way within a short amount of time. Thank you Donohoo Auto, we will recommend you to everyone we know!

We drove all the way from Memphis, TN to purchase this vehicle. Overall, this was a good experience. I called Mark, the sales rep to let him know that we were on the
way and to get the vehicle detailed and ready. We were disappointed when we arrived to find that the vehicle was poorly detailed and there was dog hair throughout
the backseat. I was expecting to be greeted by Mark when we arrived but he never came out to meet us or welcome us to the car lot. Not what we expected from a pro
salesman. Melissa greeted us at the front desk when we arrived and she was super. She quickly got the vehicle brought out front for us to test drive. So, we
jumped in the Sequoia and took off on our test drive. It would have been nice to get the rundown of the features of the vehicle before we left the car lot. Melissa was
nice enough to give us some direction on where we could go to test drive the vehicle since we were not familiar with the area. We had plenty of time to test drive the
vehicle with no hassles. We finally came back we were connected with Eric and this guy was great! As we drove the vehicle, we noticed some unusual vibrations of the
wheel. We told Eric about this and he immediately took it to the service department because we thought it might be an alignment issue. We told Eric about the poor
detail job and he also got someone to detail the SUV the way that we expected. Eric provided top notch customer service and this guy listens to the customer and was
very responsive. We asked him to expedite our requests so that we could get back to Memphis before too late. Eric did just that. We proceeded to the finance area with
Tina and we made the purchase of the vehicle while it was being serviced. We went to grab a bite to eat and Eric called us and said there was not alignment issue but
an issue with tires. The previous owner did not properly inflate the tires which caused some cupping issue. The dealership agreed to give us a check to get new tires.
Nice! Adam then came out and walked us thru the features of the vehicle after we had made the purchase. He was good but I wished they had shown us this before
we did our test drive. Overall, we were pleased with the purchased that we bought on 05/31/2017. We made it back to Memphis safely around 10 pm without any
issues and the vehicle drove good all the way back home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I strongly recommend that you ask for Eric as your salesman.

HIGHLY recommend this place and it's staff. Trey was an honest and professional salesman and the rest of the staff was great, as well. I purchased the vehicle on the internet, but they treated me as if I were a real face-to-face customernot just a number. BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

I love this place. I bought a smart car from here last summer and they have been amazing. Whenever I had a question about my car I called Jimmy at service and he was always so helpful and kind. I will defiantly be purchasing all my future cars from here!

One of the greatest aspects of working with Donohoo is the time they give you to evaluate different models and make an informed choice. We set aside an afternoon for test drives and specified we likely would not buy on that day, but, rather, we would evaluate the cars, think about the purchase, and as long as we found the right car, come back to buy. That's no problem for Donohoo. There is NO hurry-up, buy-now approach. Instead, Donohoo takes the time to answer your questions and give you the time to decide. They even pulled up the cars next to each other so we could compare them side-by-side. We particularly appreciate the information Eric Jones provided and his overall approach to working with customers.
Further, the value Donohoo offered for our trade was very fair. The purchase price for the new car was great. And the financing process was seamless. Lastly, when the car was pulled up for us to take it home, it was IMMACULATE - we were thrilled with the clean and spotless interior and exterior. It was filled with gas, and a dealer rep was on-hand to answer any final questions about the car's features.
This was our second purchase from Donohoo. After some time, we look forward to our third.response / report this review -

I was very impressed with Donohoo Auto. They are very kind and these guys are very very honest. They give you some options on getting approved for a car. We were approved for a car that same day and we will be picking up our brand new Honda From them.
I think they are the best dealers in town. They don't even have a sales men in the car with you . This makes you be more a free to think about the car. These guys keep their word and they won't take your money or nothing or make you feel strange at the place.
They will also hold a car for you if you ask nicely. Thanks you guys. I can't wait for my car Friday.response / report this review
