I have driven ford trucks for a long time and purchased from other ford dealers. Iron city is by far the best experience I’ve ever had! Their service department is also awesome!! I live on the other side of town and pass two other ford dealers to get to iron city. That’s how great the service is there!!

This place sends out fliers offering 1000$ prizes that EVERY person wins just to get them in the door. I'm on crutches and off work and really assumed it was a scam and part hoped it was a blessing since I don't have income for another month.

After driving out of my way, when I got there there was a line out the door. They prey on people in low income areas just to get them in the door. Absolutely scum. Do not support this place. I will be contacting the news and paper and everything I can so they don't let other people down.

HORRIBLE customer service. I came in about a year ago with a broken alternator and in need of a battery replacement. Both were replaced, the alternator cost me about $270. A few days ago, my car wasn't starting and I thought it was strange because these parts were basically new. After taking my car to Tuscaloosa Ford, I found out that I was given a remanufactured alternator (not to my knowledge) and the owner of Iron City Ford refused to pay for any labor put on my car or part replacement done in Tuscaloosa. I couldn't drive to Birmingham, because I would have been left on the side of the road and he refused to help pay for the cost of getting my SUV towed 1 hour away.
I got the alternator replaced with a new one and only paid about $50 for the part, in Tuscaloosa. My family has been doing business with Ford for over 30 years, and I have never been treated so poorly before. People like Brooke Nobles, think they can just walk all over young college girls like myself. He was completely uncooperative, and refused to take ownership of his error. If I could do 0 stars I would for this Ford dealership I would.

Loved the purchasing experience at Iron City Ford.
From Brian, my courteous and knowledgeable salesman, to the fun, friendly, yet knowledgeable sales manager, Shannon. She went above and beyond to offer me several finance options. Even the owner Ryan Mayer came out and talked with me for a while.
Yes. The owner came out and acted genuinely as if he enjoyed his customers and getting to know them.
This is not the car sales experience that one typically envisions causing you to dread the process. Everyone at Iron City Ford was straightforward, honest, and professional.
Their service department is great- you can make an appointment or use their quick drive through service.
Happy I found this dealership!

I am very unhappy with the service department. I took my car in on 3/31/17 and I removed my car from them on 5/30/17. They kept telling me lie after lie about my car and it was never fixed. They ordered parts and kept telling me they had to order more parts every time I called. Then they would say we will start on it we have cars in front of it. they never started on it. They would not even order parts until I paid the $500 deductible which I did and still never started on it. I called over and over during this time and was told lie after lie by Pierce Garrison. I don't recommend them for anything. Definitely not Pierce Garrison. So far I still have not received any call from any of the managers. That will be the last time I deal with them. I also have posted this experience everywhere I could.

I really enjoyed my experience at Iron City Ford. I already knew what I wanted when I got there, and my salesman, Dustin Richardson, got right to it with no nonsense. He was very kind and helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Everyone that I came in contact with at Iron City was courteous and treated me with respect. I walked out with a brand-new truck and love it!
