I bought a 2014 Explorer from Shane Lipscomb on Nov 15 2017. He and the entire staff were very helpful. They took their time and did not try to rush me into making a decision. Was out looking for a new truck to trade my truck in for. Drove by twin city and seen my new truck. Turned around drove on the lot to be meet at my truck before I even got parked by Stan the man Ledbetter. Told him what I was wanting. We went in the office and talked with Bobby. Test drove one other truck before I got to my new one. Didn't really care for the first truck but they tried to make it a good deal. Decided on the truck that made me stop and They were awsome. Made me a great offer on my truck and a great price on the one i wanted. Drove it three times before taking it home. Made my day and ended up with an awesome truck that was well more than i had been expecting to find. Would do business with these guys anytime.

Bobby Ledbetter is a crook who will lie to anyone to sell them a car!
He tried to put my father in a Tahoe where the transmission was going out.
He tried to put my husband in a duramax where the truck wouldn't hardly start
And he tried to sell me a Yukon where the mirror was busted, air bag light was on and a busted mirror.
He DOES NOT sell certified pre owned cars!

This place is absolutely amazing. Wonderful staff everyone makes you feel like family and they truley care. If you are in a bind they will work so hard with you to make sure you are taken care of. One of the best places I have ever been to. They were even great with our kids while we filled out papers and waited. We worked mainly with Joe, Barry, and Bobby. But everyone made us feel so welcome there. I would recommend this place any day of the week. If you go to Barry aka John tell them I sent you!

So far I've purchased two vehicles and these guys make it easy. They haven't tried to sale us a vehicle, but stay quiet and let their exceptional vehicles sale themselves. Also, they didn't have the truck I wanted two years ago, so they found one and told me which dealership to go to.
